Speaker I thought would produce more rear noise. There are subtle little noises but not what i expected. Somewhat disappointed.

The picture is great, everything else about this tv is a complete failure! Sony choose the utilize Android TV as it's priamary interface as a result the tv's core systems settings are hidden inside the Android interface it took me hours of hunting around to find the menu to remove unwanted over the air tv channels. I have a BOSE home theater system for surround sound and an appleTV. The implementation of the HDMI CEC is flaky at best. It has left me without sound on several occasions. I tired to disable the TV's internal speakers but this is not an option the tv has to "figure" out which sound output your trying to use and it appears to get suck. My biggest complaint is the fact that as of right now I have to use two remotes to control everything. The Sony remote only controls Sony branded accessories and like I said the CEC is flaky, I purchased a Logitech Harmony remote and again it doesn't work well. So I'm basically suck using two remotes. All these hassles have really distracted me from the "Nice" picture. I feel like I wasted my money. I do not recommend anyone purchase this brand of TV.

Don't get me wrong, this is a beautiful TV. But, I gave this one star because I think that a TV in this price range, well any price range, should come with an operating manual. This TV does not. When I asked Sony, they pointed me to a site that sells manuals - and even then there was no operating manual for this TV.

The picture quality is very good but all other features are poor.
Sound quality poor, changing channels very sluggish and slow. If you use over the air antenna it will not pick up as many channels as the Samsung and the rest of its interface is limited and not user friendly.

Not even a year and my tv is having power problems... they replaced the part under warranty and now warranty is gone and the same problem is happening again. Real expensive piece of crap... will stick with Visio and hiscence

We started out loving the big 65" tv, but 3 days later, it started turning off by itself. Best Buy swapped it out for a new one (again they installed it) & about 5 days later it started w/the same problem....in fact, I was talking w/their geek squad & scrolling thru the guide & it just shut itself off (?!)

Very disappointed. The display is nice but the 3D does not work. Tried several types of glasses and players. Best Buy had no fix, Sony has no fix and doesn't plan on it. Returned for LG 65UH8500, 3D works and the picture is better.

Our new TV is GREAT. The picture is very clear and very easy to watch. We are able to enjoy all of our favorite programs. During last week's NASCAR race it was a better view than being at the Phoenix track.

It's an OK TV but... Not worth the money, to many issues with back light, mic lock up and software issues. Not to mention quality issues with picture. OS for TV is not refined. Returned to store and got Samsung 9000 series... Much better for price point.

Somehow the Blu-ray player connection to main board failed after only 2 months of almost no use. But, I will always recommend Sony products, just not this model which I understand has now been discontinued. That is why I checked "No" below.

I spoke to multiple people and most of the sales people at Best Buy recommended this TV due to the picture quality over the Samsung 9000 series which is false. DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM. I'm taking this TV back and buying a Samsung TV. while looking a customer told me to not buy the Sony TV and instead buy the Samsung, i should have listened to him. The picture is worst than my old Samsung TV, it's not bright enough and it's horrible when the show is not HD. Even when watching 4K you do not get the picture you were sold at the store. i went back to the store to ask if i was missing something and was told that the Sony expert will be calling to check and see (did not happen).

Normally when we purchase electronics of this caliber we do look at Sony as a leader. However we were disappointed in the sharpness and quality of the product. We did return this product and purchase another brand of similar size.

Picture was fantastic now it won't power on all of sudden. Why do you think there are so many open-box reduced price options. I pay extra for Sony brand first one that failed.
