The reason that I pick this one mainly from the sound aspect which LG lacks. Since I am not a gamer, lack of HDMI 2.1 and VRR is not an issue, with this year's newer models on the horizon, this TV could be a bargain soon even after holiday promotions are over.

I really liked having the dual settings for the TV stand, as we needed to elevate it just a bit. The Android TV portion is pretty snappy, but some apps do occasionally have issues that require a restart of the TV. Highly recommend for those looking that use their TV for movies and TV shows from streaming services and 4K players.

No problem at all with brightness on this OLED T.V. Watching "One/Our Planet" on it. the picture blew me away. Had been on the fence between QLED and OLED and am glad we went with the Sony OLED. Only wish we had made our decision during Black Friday sales, as we paid quite a bit more for it now, than the same T.V. during the Cyber /Black Friday sales time period.

I appre ciate the sales man and the help I received in making the decision to purchase the TV one of the salesman convienced me to get a Bestbuy credit card. He then promised me that I would receive 10% back in rewards on my first purchase. after I made my first purchase I only received a 5% back in reward points. How can I receive the other 5%?

The whites will not be as bright as a standard LED TV but the blacks more than makeup for it. I came from a plasma TV so the motion is a little more jumpy but I can't find a plasma anymore. It is still smoother then it's LG counterpart. Which I bought and returned after viewing it. My only gripe is the cost, but this is standard for newer technologies.

So with that said the A8H just blows my mind with it's color, clarity, and beautiful picture. I dare you to find a better picture. The sound, not to bad but I use external sound for best experience. That LCD was great from all angles and had beautiful color accuracy (it is why I buy Sony). I have been looking at new 4K TVs for 3-4 years trying to figure out what I would buy when the time came. A handful of times I got close while browsing through Best Buy and starting a discussion with one of their team members. Every time they helped me navigate and understand which tv would have been right for me. I appreciated that throughout the years and this year purchased a 8K 65” Samsung when it went on sale and this 4K 65” to replace my old 46”. I bought this TV because I watch sports and need at least 120 processing power (many TVs are only 60 so beware). I love watching movies and I stream almost exclusively so I want beautiful dark blacks and great sound capabilities. I also have a large curved couch which means my family needs to view from side angles, these higher level TVs have that feature which is vital for me since it is not just me playing video games in front of it. This TV checked all the boxes for me and was tremendously priced at $1800. Great rich colors, deep blacks and accurate color palette make this TV exceptional and the Best But staff has been super helpful. I will always buy from them to support them and their knowledgeable staff which has helped me navigate Oled and Qled ect. Great processing speed and the sports look wonderful.

Amazing with a few quirks

Picture quality is amazing and it offers great sound from just the built in speakers. A couple things but me about it that I can’t seem to figure out. Some streaming apps, like Hulu, suffer from lip sync issues, where the sound is ahead of the image on the screen. Also, the TV will randomly turn itself on and I’ve done everything including ensuring no timers are set, remote batteries are good, no apps are connected to remotely control the TV, ETC. Not too sure what’s going on there. All in all, though, still a great TV.

Make sure that it's in 4K format. When streaming 4K content, a network with a fast and stable line speed is necessary. It is recommended to have 25 Mbps when streaming Ultra HD (4K) Internet video.
For 4K HDMI devices, make sure to change the HDMI signal format to "Enhanced". A Premium High Speed HDMI Cable(s) that supports speeds of 18 Gbps is also recommended. You may refer to these links for more information:
