    The picture quality is one of the best. Watching action flicks with Sony surround sounds is legit some of the best setups for home entertainment. My only complaint is the darn Android OS software. While the Android software is faster than some of the older Sony Bravias that also had Android as their OS... it still isn’t great. I have a few apps that I use all the time (CBS All Access, ESPN) that while it loads, when you want to actually want to play something, the content doesn’t play. I have to use my FireTV stick that’s plugged in to get access to this content. Other than that, everything else is an A+

    Very satisfy with my new Sony TV. Everything that people were saying in there reviews is correct.. Picture quality is awesome and the sound is fantastic as is before any attachments. Haven't attached any sound bar or base yet but that will be awesome as well I'm sure on good quality movies when I do. Ordered it during Best Buy's first Black Friday on Oct.13 & 14th, 2020 at a super great price.

    I simply love this TV, upgraded from a 2017 Samsung LED TV and this blows it away in multiple ways including navigation, built-in apps (Android TV) black level, clarity, richness of color, and speed. Feature-wise it has all the modern features including HDR, 4K, Dolby Vision etc. I mainly watch TV and Blurays, haven't used it for gaming yet, but reviews state its simply just OK for that

    We are pretty pleased with this TV. It’s ultra thin. I had to get use to the TV not being as bright as my old Samsung but after I worked with the color settings for two days. I got the picture to look the way I was pleased with. 4K movies look superb on this TV. The speaker in the screen is perfect and has a very good clean sound. Way better than having the speakers in the back of the TV.

    I compared this Sony A8H to the Samsung Q80T. I have owned both Sony and Samsung before, and they are both great, reliable products. What convinced me to go Sone wasn't the OLED screen, but the sound! The sound quality for the Sony was far better, especially for voices. I realize that you can buy a soundbar, but they are not necessarily better for voices in a movie or TB shows.

    Sony (and Panasonic) may use LG panels, but the image processing is what makes a TV. Sony has the best image processing in the industry. This makes this TV the best for 2020 (just beware of the risks of OLED). Oh, and the sound is also fantastic. I would still recommend a sound bar, but the sound on this TV is no slouch. I just wished the remote was metal, instead of plastic.

    Excellent! I didn't realize how wonderful for dark screen areas to actually be dark! The clarity is amazing. Jitter free image. The only issue that we noticed is that there is an image lag when using gaming systems. This lag is verified when a computer is connected such that the displays are duplicated. Being an Android device, this adds another option for talking to Google

The responsiveness of the TV while playing video games may feel slower due to the [A/V sync] setting adding a delay to the output timing of the picture. For games that are dependant on response time, we do not recommend you use a Bluetooth device and recommend that you use the TV speakers or a soundbar with a wired (HDMI cable/digital optical cable) connection instead. Hope this helps!

    Love my tv!! The service in the store was fantastic. The employee walked me through the different types of tv in my price range and helped me save money as well. Also walked away with a sound bar ( I intended on getting one) and received decent savings as well. I have received so many compliments on my tv and love how its like having an in home movie screen.

    I’ve owned multiple Pioneer Elite plasma TV’s and suffered thru multiple LED TVs (Sony and Samsung 4K models) until OLED TVs came along. Bought this when the price dropped to $1800 during Prime Days (same price at Best Buy and received better service from real people). A fraction of what I’ve paid for TVs this size over the years and have never been this happy with the results.

    We are very happy with this TV. The picture is very sharp and the colors are vibrant, yet natural. So many of these TVs exaggerate the colors. This TV is 4K ready. While 4K broadcasts are still limited, the ones we have viewed in 4K have even greater clarity and sharpness. Would highly recommend it. Sony has always made a quality product and continues to do so with this TV.

    Beautiful TV. Sony OLED is the best. Rich, vibrant colors, and razor thin. Some of the reviews have mentioned that there is no room for sound bar if it sits on a stand, and that is correct. The sound bar would need to mount on the stand (not on the TV). Mine sits on a stand - I have a Bose sound system with it, and the center speaker sits on the shelf below the TV. Love it.
