Spectacular Picture!

The only upgrade would be Dolby Atmos internal speakers. Don't get me wrong it sounds great but Dolby Atmos internal speakers would be awesome. The picture is the best I've seen with minimal calibration right out of the box. Only wish there was a 77" version of this TV.

Buy the extended Geek Squad Protection!

However, I failed to buy the Geek Squad Protection. Seven days after the 1 year warranty expired, the screen failed and went "black screen". It shouldn't have failed this quickly. Fortunately, Sony honored the warranty and will be replacing it due to the timing of the failure, it wasn't delivered for 11 days and it wasn't installed until 3 weeks after purchase. Thank you Sony!

Tbh 2020 hasn't been a good year for tvs. But depending on your budget, this is the oled option if your main thing is picture quality and great sound. In fact I'd say its the oled to buy if you need a tv this year and it's in your budget and you don't care about 4k 120hz next gen gaming (no freesync or hdmi 2.1). One thing to note is that it can make a click noise. Heard mixed reviews whether this is a defect, but I did do a replacement and the same thing happens. So its your discretion.

Very value for money. SONY Oled deserves first place. Compared to Samsung QN85A, the black Samsung Neo Qled is not really black when compared to the Sony Oled. Using TV settings found on AVSForum.com. Have been very happy. Surprisingly YouTube has a lot of demo worthy videos to showcase the display. Search for 4k/8k HDR. One issue is Bluetooth doesn't work very well for me. It is great for about 10 minutes then becomes unstable. Have not had time to troubleshoot, but happens with two different headsets, Sennheiser Momentum TW and Bose QC30. Would rate TV 5/5 if it weren't for this experience. Excellent value when on sale.

Wow. Picture quality is great. There are tons of settings and options. All of the hdmi inputs are great. Some of our family members were truly amazed by the picture. The glass screen helps with watching it at angles. Reflections stink but that’s always a given with a TV and windows around. The TV Audio alone is fantastic. If you’re purchasing a 4K UHD + HDR TV for the first time, I recommend this one and also purchasing Jaws and the John Wick Series on 4K. Beautiful.
