    Cant give it the full 5 stars as it wasn’t what I wanted and miscommunication with sales rep but still my fault should’ve done more research before buying. Although it was a huge upgrade to my LG UHD 4K tv from 2017 with the OLED, but I wanted a tv for the Next Gen consoles which this doesn’t have a hdmi 2.1 and a few other key features that works with the next Gen consoles! Though if you’re not needing it for gaming with new consoles then this is a great choice! Staff was very nice with returning.

    Set up was easy Connection to other devices was straightforward and works seamlessly. Picture is outstanding and when combined with a high quality Sony sound bar, great viewing experience. My wife was skeptical of moving to a 65” screen from our current 50”, but once she watched her first movie, she was sold.

    I never knew a television could look so good. We replaced our 11 yr. old 40” Sony with this 65” and sorry we didn’t do it sooner. We can view at any angle in our den with no problems. The colors are bright and sharp. Delivery and set-up were perfect. Completely satisfied with this purchase.

    I've had Sony tv's since the mid-90's and this bad boy right here is the culmination of all the great work put in throughout the years. Replacing a plasma I've had for 9 years (never liked LED/LCD tv's) this 4K OLED is easy on the eyes with a quality picture that blew me away. And if a 65" works in your space/budget, DO IT!

    Excellent blacks and picture quality. I shopped this Sony vs LG's CX OLED model and ultimately chose the Sony. Without getting technical the decision is really splitting hairs. Both are great, but chose the Sony because this was a replacement of an LG OLED that suffered from burn-in with little use over 2 years.

    I have had this for 3 weeks now. The up scaling on satellite is great. 4K movies are awesome. The brightness is just fine even in bright rooms. The motion is outstanding. Sony has hit a home run with this tv. Best Buy delivered and set up.. great job.

    Best tv for 2020. Purchased this while it was on sale for black friday and I could not be more impressed with the quality of this tv. The picture is crystal clear and vibrant. Remember that really dark episode of games of thrones? Rewatch it on this tv and you will see what you were missing. Excellent purchase.

    The picture quality is the best I've had in a t.v. What got my attention was the details in the picture were far more advance than other brands. I find watching darker movies on this t.v. better than watching on LG t.v. With the LG you're not able to see the details as clearly as you are on this Sony OLED.

    This TV is just unreal and we love the the picture clarity of OLED technology. It comes with an unbelievable 4K picture quality and contrast that makes you feel like someone is standing right there next to you. There is just not enough good things to say about this TV.     Easy ordering at best buy and the guy explained all features so we'll and we decided to go with OLED. This is amazing tech and Sony Bravia colors were wonderful. Safely delivered at at home and installation was super easy and user friendly instructions! Best purchase ever I made this year.

    Nice quality picture and overall nice TV - just not worth the money. A LQ Nano is very comparable and is half the price.

    Going from a Sony LED 4K TV to this OLED model is such a revelation. Color retrieval and highlight and shadow detail are amazing. The blacks are so much blacker and make everything much more 3-dimensional. This TV is a bargain for the quality. Very easy to set up and offers some popular apps as well.

    This is by far the best TV experience I’ve ever had! No need for a sound bar, space-age quality and design, fast, responsive, and simply beautiful to look at - even when it’s turned off! Stop comparing this to a Samsung or an LG, because it’s a waste of time. SONY is back in the game with this beauty!

    Awesome TV! I have had it for about 8 months now and love it. the picture quality is outstanding, processor is fast and the wireless is reliable. I haven't had to mess with the picture settings because i felt they were great out of the box. I would buy a Sony over any other brand!

    Actually went to best buy to purchase a samsung 75 inch QLED. After seeing this sony OLED picture i reminded myself on what it was I wanted in a tv. Quality over Quantity. The picture on this OLED is no comparison with QLED. Yes i went down in size but up in quality and glad that i did. Love it!!

    Excellent picture quality. Plenty bright in VIVID mode. Decent interface. Excellent price during the holiday sales last year. I had been waiting to jump into the OLED market once the brightness was adequate and I couldn't pass up the sale price of 1799 for the 65". No regrets.

    This new Sony has allowed my wife and I a whole new viewing experience! The clarity and sharp colors are absolutely amazing!     Not disappointed at all. TV has no camera and I haven't activated Google voice to keep the spying to a minumum. Downloaded several apps and so far all perform well. Picture is superb and I plan to add a bluray player soon. Connected to ny Panasonic surround system with optical cable.

    Great picture. Remote control easy to use. Colors are true. Get a good view no matter where you sit. The stand comes with it and is excellent as you have a higher position so the sound bar doesn't block the picture. The directions are not clear on how to use the other position on the stand.
