My Sony XBR65A8H has to be replaced in 3 years

Here were the problems I encountered... 1. Screen burn-in. This is really bad. See the photos for proof. Those shadowy areas in the bottom quarter and the vertical line down the middle are driving me nuts. 2. Lacks compatibility with Apple products for screen mirroring. This seems so simple but limits our enjoyment. 3. After a recent Sony update the unit began resetting while viewing nearly every day. Their tech support guided me through a fix. But that lasted a mere 2 week's It's back. I'm done with this unit. It's being replaced tomorrow. I bought this Sony from Best Buy and my replacement is a Samsung from Best Buy. What a waste of money. FYI, I've been a loyal user for several years. We have 3 Sony TV's in our home along with a Sony soundbar. In my honest opinion Bravia is not worth the money and is susceptible to an unacceptable shortened life.
