Problems using external USB HDD drives

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Connect the USB drive and it will take 5 minutes for the folders to load, sometimes they won't load at all or only some of them. If they do load, Video, images and audio will play, but not all the time. I tried all four Sony supported file systems: FAT16, FAT32, exFAT and NTFS. In combination, I also tried 3 different external HDD's: Samsung SSD T3 500GB, Sandisk SSD 2TB and OAN 32GB flash drive. The combination of these four file systems and three external drives were recognized immediately and all media files worked fine on my three other TV's: Samsung, TCL Roku TV and a Hisense, which is Android like the Sony Bravia. I have about 4 TB's worth of media and if a resolution is not found promptly, I'll return the TV. What? I bought this TV on Nov 13th and it's not returnable? Having said that I agree with all the positive reviews and comments.

Great except for smart featured

One issue: the “Android” smart system isn’t smart enough! It doesn’t have the functionality of FireStick or Roku. I’ll have to add a FireStick to make it smarter!
