    I was surprised at the lack of performance. The software is garbage. For this level of TV I was very surprised when I was told by staff “ the picture quality Is great but the software sucks” after I went to my local store to ask about the constant freezing and closing of apps. For the price.. is the picture truly that much “better” depends what you looking at. I returned and got a Samsung Q80T and it looks just as good, and the software is way better.

    I love this TV. I was waiting for the right sale on an OLED and Black Friday finally offered it up. The only downside to this tv is not being HDMI 2.1 it can’t do 4k120. I don’t plan to game on this set, so I don’t care. It still has the eARC support from the 2.1 spec, so this TV is absolute top of the line for a home theater. Having Chromecast and Android TV built in swayed me over the LG counterpart, and I have no regrets.

    Beautiful TV period. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the remote control does not lit also some of the apps keep crashing but that was fixed by refreshing the apps or clearing the cash.
