    First OLED for us and it was replacing a 2012 Panasonic Plasma. Was a bit concerned about glare as this is in a main family room with many windows but it is no worse (maybe a bit better) than the Plasma it replaced. Internal Apps seem to work fine (Netflix, A Prime, Disney+) and 4K with HDR looks great!

    I recently purchased a new 65" Sony TV and a Blu Ray player. Ryan Castner was the salesman that waited on us. He was very helpful in our purchase. Ariel was the Geek Squad person that brought the equipment and set it up for us. He also did a great job and explained how things operated.

    Coming from a LG OLED l’m used to being able to stretch 4:3 content from my Blu-ray player to fill the screen. The Sony A8H on the other hand does not let me do that. The option the stretch 4:3 content is grayed out. The only way to stretch 4:3 content that I found is to go into player settings and lower output resolution from a 4K signal to a 1080p or lower signal. Then the screen option is available. Apart from that I’m happy with the tv.

    Since we lost All our electronics in a tornado March 28 in Jonesboro Ar, we needed a lot of stuff. After asking for assistance 3times, we finally got a very knowledgeable person to help us with the correct purchases. But then he had to hand us off to another person. Which meant we had to go over All our history and requirements again. Since they wouldn’t deliver to Jonesboro, we are attempting to get a vehicle big enough to haul all our purchases

    Purchased to supplement my Sony Bravia KDL-NX720 LCD TV due to the outstanding performance I noted in Sony Televisions. Upgraded to Best Buy Magnolia 4k and Android interface. Now we can Chromecast virtually everything to the TV. Very impressed once again with a Sony product.

    Recently purchased this TV (Black Friday sale) and have to admit it is a great TV. It is my first OLED TV and the black is truly black (effectively infinite contrast ratio). The TV is unbelievably thin. 4K content is great to watch on this TV. I highly recommend this TV.

    If you're looking a crispy high resolution TV, this model is it. However, I'm not sure it worth the money to spend 5x as much for a normal TV viewing comparing to model 55" UHD Led TV KD55X750H for $430. The TV doesn't work well with the APPs such as Netflix, HBO Max already. I had to reboot and restart the TV 2 times already in less than 2 months.

    I would give it a five star except for the fact, the set would turn itself on at different time of the day and the unit did not come with a manual. For a TV that is this expensive you shouldn't have to wade through multiple websites to trouble shoot a problem or review all the features it has. I have not been able to attain a hard copy of a manual yet.

    I have a slight disappointment in the sound quality. I will be getting a soundbar with DOLBY ATMOS. the other problem I had was with the setup instructions. They did not match the set I bought. The set is a 2020 model, I think the sheet I have been from a 2019 set.
