So glad we decided to get this one! We absolutely LOVE it!! Would highly recommend! Best Buy employee was also very knowledgeable and gave us our space and plenty of time to decided, he never once hovered over us!

Sony TV XBR65A8H Not Turn On after 1 Year 3 Months

In April 2023, the TV was not turn on. Following the procedure from Sony TV to completely discharge its power, but it was not turn on. The TV was manufactured in November 2021. It was out of warranty from Sony, and I did not purchase the extended warranty. Therefore, I brought to a TV repair shop and paid for the repair. The diagnosis was the faulty main board. Three weeks later, the new main board was installed, and the TV started.

I was a LG fan and still am but this Sony OLED beats LGs OLED. Better motion handling which if you love sports is a must. No stutter or judder in fast motion and extremely bright.

Great Open Box Find!

I was assured that the power cable was included, though it was not in the wrapping. I was able to get a replacement one for cheap but I wonder what happened. Overall, the experience was great. Never afraid of getting open box from BestBuy.
