Beware to be Frustrated When Using Aps.

When installing Disney and Pandora, at first it worked fine, then no sound. After wasting a good amount of time with tech support via chat, I was told to uninstall and reinstall the Aps. Had I known how complicated this T.V. would be to use, I would have never bought it. This takes away from the joy of great image quality and sound when it works. If you're a techy, you may not have any issue with this. I like my T.V. to work without issues, and this T.V. requires trouble shooting, not my cup of tea.

Remote fail

When you watch in the dark it is difficult to see the remote buttons. Not that it is a reason not to purchase. I have had the TV almost 2 months now and I am pleased so far.
