Picture quality is great- tv wifi connection poor

However, wifi connection keeps dropping so watching apps like Netflix via the tv is problematic. Fortunately, we have a fire cube connected to the tv and the wifi connection is strong so we watch Netflix through the fire cube.

When you pair with surround sound system, it makes the whole experience even better because sound is clearer and louder. and feels like it's coming from all around you. It is correct, the Spectrum app isn’t available for download directly on the TV. Many customers, like you, use streaming devices such as a Roku stick as a workaround.

It wasnt noticeable enough that I returned the TV, but it will probably bug me over time that I didn't spend a few hundred more for the next model up. Overall though, its a solid TV with a good image.

The staff was cool.
