We are glad to hear you’re enjoying the picture quality of your Sony BRAVIA 2 II, but we are very sorry for the frustration the voice descriptions are causing. It sounds like a feature called TalkBack or Screen Reader may have been accidentally enabled.

Before you consider a return, please try these quick steps to disable it permanently:

1. On your Sony remote, press and hold the Mute button for about 3 seconds. This is a toggle that turns "TalkBack" on and off quickly.

2. If the shortcut doesn't stop the voice, it may be the Screen Reader or the Audio Description (which narrates what is happening in movies). You can disable both here: Settings > System > Accessibility. Set the Screen Reader off and the Audio Description off.

If the voice persists after checking these three spots, we highly encourage you to contact our technical support team here: https://us.esupport.sony.com/support/s/support-contact?language=en_US&category=tv
