I was a bit apprehensive though at first when we looked at this Bravia because some of the reviews, (more than I’m comfortable with), gave it less than desirable reviews/scores treating it like a bottom feeder or something because of UHD. I was curious to see for myself since I’ve never had a bad experience with any of our Sony products, but also never purchased UHD. Til this day no issues and I’m pretty sure we’re good moving forward.

Bravia is Best!

This 65" Sony Bravia is my third tv in this series and it is amazing. The picture is so crisp and beautiful. The UI is very simple and intuitive- using the Android operating system makes this familiar easy to maneuver. The controller for this tv is smaller and quite frankly far easier to use than my last two Sony Bravia tv's and is a great improvement. As long as Sony keeps making these tv's, I will keep coming back for more.

We went to Best Buy for a different 65" TV. Expected an upsell but it was fine. The advice we got was spot on. This TV is great. We generally watch from 10' away but have dinner at the back of the room (30' away) and it's great from both spots. All we used to watch was TV shows. Now we're watching a lot of movies.

Great for what you pay for!

The good thing is while you save up for the TV you really want. The video quality and structure build is very good. Make sure you buy new HDMI cables with the tv. If you use the older cables while streaming your picture will be foggy. The sound is very good! Soundbar would be better. You need to save up for a system if you want one and this TV helps!

The person who helped us at the store really added to the research we had done online. We went with mini LED as it seemed the best for us. The set up was super easy and it definitely takes two people to be most safe. One thing not clear while ordering is that one cannot transport tv's this large lying flat in a vehicle. So you either need to take a vehicle to the store that is large enough to hold it vertically or you can have it delivered, which is what we did.

Transported flat in a vehicle is prone to vibrations that could potentially crack or damage the TV screen.
