Fast and easy set up by ourselves, we enjoy all the features, the color/contrast of our Sony 65'' Bravia 5 Mini Led 4K UHD 2025 model. Probably we will buy also a sound bar as the sound is on the backside of the TV. We recommend this TV and the BB shopping experience.

A bit disappointed

After setting it up it was dark and dull. After many phone calls they were going to exchange for a new one. Went on the internet ourselves and found the problem was the energy switch was on. Found that out ourselves. It still is not as crisp and bright as in the store. That was one reason we bought this brand

We sincerely apologize for the initial disappointment with the picture being dark and dull after setup. You correctly found the Energy Saving feature was causing the issue, which is common as store models are optimized for brightness. To achieve the crisp, bright look you saw in the store, please ensure:
Energy Saving is Off.
Set the Picture Mode to "Vivid".
Manually increase the Backlight and Brightness in the Picture Settings.
