Install was professionally done, they provided info on the operation of the TV, great guys. The sound is outstanding. Gotta get new firniture now. Lol

Beats the competition where it counts

This TV has the ability to apple tonal corrections and selective sharpness in a much more intelligent way than the compatition. It only falls a little shorter than the rest in game mode. But if your priority is movies, Then look no further. Hands down the best picture.

The picture quality is wonderful and the sound isn't bad either (although we are considering getting the sound bar for a truly cinematic experience). I was really happy how easily it paired with Google home.

Great picture, easy use

It's easy to use and has very nice features. The installation team, Lukas, were fantastic at installing and setting the system up with our home theater sound system.

Excellent picture quality.

Too bad this did not come in 77' version. Also, I wish Sony would dress up their stands with a robust center mount with nice finish. Current models are very basic aesthetically. Not everyone mounts their screens on walls Sony. The remote could be ergonomically improved too. A lot of wasted space that could be utilized.

Always read that about OLED but you don't know how sweet that is until you have it. Onboard sound is very good too. I have speakers but don't want to bother. Good service from best buy too. Great experience all round.

I'm very happy that I pulled the trigger on this one!, Yes, its very expensive BUT the image is one of a kind. The picture is so unreal, vibrant and crisp. Good but an Issue

The only complaint I have is that after I have been watching a movie or show for a while it develops a lag, small pauses or freezing up, sometime with the audio goin Iut of sync. Not sure why this is happening. If i turn the TV off for a minute the problem goes away, very annoying. So if your reading this Sony please tell me how to resolve this. Thank you, Troy B.

The pictures are so real and we also added surround sound. Gaming is absolutely amazing. Wow

I replaced a 9 year old Sony and have not been disappointed so far. I have some older audio equipment and It was fairly easy to setup and with the help of geek squad they made it easy and explained its operation fully. I am very impressed
