    We were looking for a Samsung no glare TV but the BestBuy assistant steered us towards this Sony Bravia 8. He gave us several good reasons not least the fact that the Samsung has this remote interface box that apperarently is prone to failure. We loved the picture of the Sony in the store and although we werent sure how reflective the TV would be in our living space, we decided to take a chance and purchase the 65" Bravia 8. Once we got home, all parts were easily assembled and it was set up in no time. The picture is fantastic and we were impressed by the sound also. To our surprise, the glare is so much less than our previous TV. We love it and hope that we get many years of joy from it

    Hands down, the best home entertainment experience I’ve ever had. Sony has stepped their game way up! I purchased the Bravia 8 after doing a ton of research. Seeing it in store was the tipping point for me, and trust me, seeing is believing. It actually inspired me to also pick up the Bravia soundbar, which blew me away with how much it sounds like surround sound. If you are considering upgrading your television, I would recommend you go in the store and experience the Bravia for yourself. You won’t be disappointed!

    This is the most expensive TV I’ve ever purchased and although that is partly a result of the size (65”) it is also a result of the brand (Sony) being higher priced overall. Compared to other TV’s I have owned/own (from the likes of Samsung, TCL and Panasonic) the picture is better. Better in terms of black levels and resolution. Some images remain grainy and this screen struggles with highly graduated shades of black/grey. Certain images can still exhibit pixelation. An issue that seems to be a result of flatscreen technology regardless of whether it’s LED, OLED or simply an “old-fashioned” LCD type screen. It’s not a bad TV but for what it costs it’s not the TV I would wholeheartedly recommend to someone who wants a home cinema set up as it will (with certain content) disappoint. It is, however, a cut above budget priced TV’s in regard to the set-up options and, if you are inclined to want to calibrate it, offers a suitable range of adjustments and some useful predefined options for finding a setup that is easy on the eye.

    I love the picture and the color is fantastic. My husband has always had issues with hearing voices because most shows have loud music or sounds playing. I was able to tweak the voices and he said he can hear the voices a lot better. Thank you Sony for making such great products. Now he can enjoy watching movies or tv shows again.

    This television has extremely sharp, crisp lines and the color has very good contrast. The blacks are deep and not washed out. The sound is amazing! You really won't need a soundbar or extra speakers with this. Highly recommend!

    As a long-time Samsung supporter, I was disappointed with the recent purchase of a Samsung 65” television. So, I returned it and bought a Sony 65” tv. What a difference!     Overall we are really enjoying this TV. The pictures are of high-quality and looks very natural, not overly bright. The sound quality is good, and the adjustment one can make to improve understanding of spoken. Language is very much appreciated. We find it easier, for example also to listen to foreign dialects and language languages. We have had the TV occasionally go blank, and have to be rebooted. All it took was unplugging it and plugging it back in; however, I am a bit concerned that this indicates a bigger problem down the road. So I plan to invest in the multi year warranty program.

    I knew upgrading from UHD 4K TV to an OLED would be amazing, but OMG. The picture is amazing and the TV automatically upgrades to Dolby Vision on applicable streaming services. Even older shows like Friends and The Office have great pictures. The only thing I haven't tried on the TV yet is gaming since we typically game on PCs.

    Sony's processing technology is bar far the best on the market. While this TV is not nearly as bright as the Bravia II...it was $800 less on sale when I purchased it right after Christmas. I also own an A90L. This is basically a version updated. Both TVs are great. They're not Sony's top panel, but they're awesome. Can't go wrong with Sony.

    Wow. The picture is Amazing. Very easy to set up with sony sound bar and rear speaker. The menus are easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. Pricey but so worth the money. Picture quality is beyond anything I could ever imagine.

    Fantastic picture, built in Google TV, great price. While you could use it without external speakers, an added sound system or sound bar will greatly enhance audio quality. Also if you want to use it in a room where the rear of the unit is exposed, all of the wiring and back side connections are finished nicely with decorative panels to cover these up.

    It is a great TV with transparent colors and deep black zones. It has excellent sound quality, great with or without the soundbar. I added the soundbar, and it is fantastic. It is easily viewed from every angle and loaded with many streaming services.

    Tv is beautiful. I highly recommend it. Sleek thin design and incredible picture. If you have a wife or girlfriend that hates the look of tvs - this would be your only remote chance of bypassing that. Get one!

    Bought this OLED TV about 2 months ago, and so far its been amazing. The google interface is easy to navigate and customize. The picture quality is excellent. The PS5 looks stunning when playing. You will have to mess with a couple of settings to be able to use the 120hz refresh, but its super easy to do. I highly recommend buying this tv.
