    Love Sony TV's and this one does not disappoint. I had to adjust some pictures settings using some general calibrations but after that it looks amazing. I have no issues with the interface as it is just like my Chromecast. It is perfect for movies and tv.

    Purchased the 65” about 4 months ago and I love the picture. The downside is the sound isn’t great without a soundbar or another sound enhancing unit.

    Overall, we have been pleased with this Sony 65" Bravia smart TV. The picture is very sharp, the colors are vivid and the unit itself is intuitive in navigation. The only issue we have had is the TV seemingly randomly turning off on 2 occasions. We don't believe this to be an inadvertant user error because both times we were in the middle of chosen programming. If it occurs again we will be contacting the store of pirchase.

      We're sorry to learn that you've been running into some issues. Your TV may turn on or off for a variety of reasons. To make sure your TV runs as smooth as possible, we highly recommend downloading and installing the latest software for the TV. If your TV turns on or off at regular intervals, such as 30 minutes to an hour, it's likely caused by power saving functions such as Idle TV Standby, On Timer, and Sleep Timer. Follow the steps from this link to disable Sleep timer, Idle TV standby, and Auto shut-off settings that may cause the TV to turn off automatically.

    Finally upgraded my TV and got this one. Went into my local store to chat with someone about what I was looking for (better gaming experience) and this was the number one recommendation. Easy to set up and beautiful picture quality. I have surround sound so I cannot attest to sound quality of the TV.

    Pretty darn good. The picture is just slightly better than Sony LED TVs of late, which is a good thing for the LED side of the business. Picture is sharp, but there are some artifacts here and there. That may be from my source material or it may be because I bought an open box. At this point I am unsure. But you really can't go wrong with Sony, period.

    I had an idea for the tv we wanted, but the model I thought we wanted was sold out. So we started looking at the other tvs and was empress with the 65” Sony. The salesman was very good with info and we bought it and had it delivered. The tv was delivered on time and the service was great.

    So far the TV is great ( I say so far because the first one I got died after 3 weeks - stopped working, with the picture failing and then the unit made a clicking sound). Best Buy was great - took the set back and replaced it. The second unit has great picture and is working great so far.

    Excellent sound and picture. There is no lag (thinking) when switching between channels, inputs, or apps like my old Samsung. Sound is decent for tv speakers. I love the voice zoom since it’s hard for me to hear voices during movies/shows. Picture is crystal clear.

    I debated buying this tv for a while but I'm so glad I did it. I love this tv, The picture quality is amazing and the size is perfect for my space. I like the UI and the apps that I have available for download (Crunchyroll, Spotify, Viki, Plutotv, etc.) Only complaint is the default brightness, or lack thereof, but we've found a way to increase it. 10/10 TV

    Overall it’s a nice tv, there is a learning curve as to understanding the difference between an LED Tv versus an OLED. It’s been a new experience with having all the setting options and getting the picture clear without having any blurr effects. The actual setup of the TV was very easy. I would say if you’re not going to be streaming 4k content stick with a simple LED TV.

    When I was in Best Buy , I fell in love with this tv . The quality I saw in there made me purchase this tv . When I got it home it hits different than what I saw in the store . Not as high quality as I saw it . But overall I’m satisfied with it . It’s still a good tv . Thanks Best Buy

TVs are set up for Shop Front display settings, while in a store, which are very bright and vivid and a bit different due to optimized lighting, but we’re happy to hear it’s still a good fit for you at home. Having said that, the quality of the source is a big factor in getting an excellent picture quality. As a workaround, you might try adjusting the picture settings, such as increasing the brightness or switching to a different picture mode for a more balanced look. The picture quality may improve if you change it in [Picture] under [Settings].

    Good TV but not very intuitive to use menus. print on screen is very small and hard to see. Menu layout is odd . Great sound , color. Good TV just not the right one for us
