    Power went out just past a year very conveniently after the warranty is up. got the run around of no one is in the area to fix between Sony and best buy

    How the TV for a week and the sound started tweaking and making all kinds of tweaking noises and we could not hear the TV at all

    I’m very disappointed! First I couldn’t raise or lower the sound then when I finally accomplished that after coming into Best Buy for help, I’m unable to use other features on the remote. Another trip into the store and hopefully they can help me? I’m still thinking about returning it!

However, you can set up the Chromecast built-in (Google Cast) feature or AirPlay as an alternative to the Miracast or Screen mirroring.     My sony 8 has amazing colors no matter the time of day. Amazing quality that my family even ordered their own. This is my 2nd sony tv i have owned and will buy a new one in the future for my den. P.S. i recommend the sonos sound bar! It adds an amazing sound boost throughout the 1st floor

    Absolutely love my new tv. The picture is phenomenal. Will only buy Sony televisions. I’ve had the tv that I replaced for 14 years and only reason I got another set is because I wanted a bigger screen. Other brands are less expensive, but they don’t last.

    Ok experience

    Even though it took a couple weeks to hear from anyone after the guys came to mount the TV’s and my tv was too big for my room, my experience is ok because I was able to put the tv in my living room and just purchased the right size for my room. My landlord gave me the measurements to the wrong room so that’s not Best Buy’s fault but the customer service experience could’ve been way better. I have a wall mount for nothing because I can’t mount the tv in my room but I’m ok with the 65’ tv. And no I didn’t answer the phone when I was contacted by someone from Best Buy because there wasn’t no point. If they really cared about giving me good customer service and trying to see how we could fix the problem, I wouldn’t be so up in the air about shopping at Best Buy again. When I’m told I would be contacted by a supervisor or employee of the store, that’s what I expect. It took too long to hear from someone, even after I called in to inquire about what should be done.
