This TV provides a relatively good balance on performance and price. I appreciate the Sony hardware and Google software combination. This is a good buy for those who already have a home gaming console such as a PS5 and don't want to pay more for random bells and whistles from new AI features, where it is only worth if you don't have a PS5 or other console to support you on that end. The integrated speakers are great for those who can't fully go in on an external sound bar if you have close neighbors. The sound is still punchy and dynamic. The only Con is that it takes some experimenting with the setting on your OLED brightness ranges between different media outlets. Especially if you use it for gaming, but it does come with an adaptive feature that for brightness that helps with generic media switching.

I originally bought the S90 Samsung 65" but after getting it home and set up I had dark sports floating around when it was on for a hour or more. When the spots weren't there I start to notice that the reds were set way to high and the picture looked fake. I retutitnto best buy and started talking to one of the blue shirts about it. He took me over to the Samsung and LG booths to see the differences. Then asked me if I had considered Sony, which I hadn't. All the reviews say Samsung or LG with Sony a distant 3rd. Once I saw the Sony Bravia 8 picture I was in love. It was by far the most natural picture out of the three. So, I paid the difference and brought it home. I've had it for the last month give or take a few days and I absolutely love the natural hues and lifelike picture. I am so glad my Samsung had a bad panel. Thank you to BB for their generous return policy and Sony for the amazing panel they delivered. Another thing I almost forgot about the Sony is that it is a sturdy frame, the S90 felt like I was going to break it every time I adjusted the horizontal or vertical axis. The Sony doesn't feel like it's twisting or anything. It an almost perfect piece of technology.

This OLED TV delivers impressive picture quality. Colors look vibrant and accurate, black levels are deep and inky, and the TV handles motion smoothly for sports or action scenes (used for super bowl). While it can be pricier than some competitors, its overall image fidelity justifies the premium for many serious home theater enthusiasts.

Originally purchased A80L - 65". I found it to be a bit too dark and immediately new this was not a keeper. Next day went to Best Buy in Mt. Laurel, NJ. to return/purchase next model up which is the Bravia 8. Absolutely love the 8! Picture is great, crystal clear with plenty of detail and most of all bright without having to max out brightness. Equally delighted with the service at this store. I have not received such fantastic and prompt service like this in over 20 years from any establishment. I was dreading going to the store for the return/upgrade but, the first two young men a ran into teamed up and one proceeded to process return while the other individual went and got the tv. I was in/out of store in less than 5 min. Turns out the first Bravia 8 was DOA just a black screen would not turn on. I was annoyed to put it nicely but returned to store several hours later to now exchange this defective unit and a completely different staff again provided me with exemplary service, and I suddenly did not feel to frustrated. Again, exchange was made promptly, and I was in/out of the store in less than 5 min. Whomever manages this store is doing a fine job. And the employees deserve a company sponsored picnic or tickets to a game for performing outstanding customer service. Almost forgot to mention the team at Best Buy also removed tv from my vehicle and loaded exchange/replacement on all three visits

I recently upgraded to this Sony BRAVIA 8 OLED, and it has completely transformed my home viewing experience. The picture quality is absolutely stunning—deep, true blacks, vibrant colors, and incredible clarity. Movies, sports, and even regular TV look more lifelike than ever. The motion handling is super smooth, so fast-paced action scenes look flawless. The sound quality really surprised me too. The Acoustic Surface Audio+ makes it feel like the sound is coming directly from the screen, which adds a lot of immersion without needing a soundbar right away. The Google TV interface is easy to use, responsive, and makes finding content across all my streaming apps very simple. I had the earlier version of this same TV so, when it was damaged, I replaced it with the same model. The picture if fantastic, it integrates easily with my surround sound system. Controls are easy to use. I use an OTA antenna and this unit has an excellent tuner and also gets the next gen channels very well. My one complaint is that when I watch OTA tv, this tv does not have the capacity to pause the program or to back up and review what just happened (instant replay). Many cheaper models do have that capacity and I was surprised that this tv didn't. But that did not keep me from buying the exact tv again so make what you want of that!

The Sony Bravia 8 is a fantastic TV that delivers stunning picture quality and immersive sound. For the price, it's hard to find a better option. The colors are vibrant and realistic, and the sound is clear and powerful. I've been very impressed with the overall performance of this TV, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great value for their money.

This is the second Bravia we purchased in the last 10 years. Picture quality exceeded expectations. The only technical issue we are working is the compatibility between our Sony Model and Sonos sound bar. The sound cuts in and out with the sound bar.

On second one. First one kept shutting off, had to unplug and plug back in to get it to back turn on. Has nice picture quality. The Acoustic Surface Audio system is way better then speakers on the bottom of the TV. Sony must not have any pride in their product anymore, last TV had Sony light up in the glass frame. This one has a itty bitty sony on lower left corner, which is very difficult to see.

I was upgrading from a 9yo 49" LCD and when I saw this in store I instantly knew this was the one. Absolutely beautiful picture quality. The colors are deep and vibrant. Surprisingly good sound and it's plenty bright. I use an AppleTV with this, but the native Google TV os is sleek and easy to use. Setup was a breeze.

Incredible TV!!! Picture quality, sound, features and ease of use/operation are off the charts. The Geek Squad installation team was outstanding. The TV was installed and explained. Questions were answered. Wireless headphones and DVD player were set up to work with new TV using the TV remote. Best move I've ever made.

Picture looks great, I'm a Sony fan due to how good there motion is on low as I'm susceptible to the soap opera effect. When I compare this to the other top 2 here are my favorite feature. I think the rest of the stuff visually is pretty comparable between LG and Samsung. This lets you pick crosshairs and only comes on when you start playing PS5, cxrosshairs are dot, cross and something else. You can also pick your color. I think I'm a better player cause of this feature otherwise im old and kind of suck at gaming but i enjoy it. The other feaure is using settings to quickly go into eco mode, I like this to basically dial down the tv for late night viewing. AKA I sleep with the tv on so i want it dimmer and also the sound to stay at the same level so it doesnt wake me up when youtube decides to put on 10 second ads and crank up the volume. This is a 65" I bought. I went from a Panasonic Plasma 65 in the spare room. I enjoy the contrast much more on this. You shouldnt have buyers remorse. Also overall for what it is the sound is clear and enjoyable for casual gaming or watching tv. Again CASUAL, means it wont make your ears bleed. Nice job Sony.

Very pleased with the quality of the picture. Just like in the showroom. Salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Deliverymen were polite and efficient.

4K Flat Screens haven't been around that long, and the quality on some is lacking. But the Sony Bravia 8 OLED 4K exceeded my expectations immediately. I couldn't believe how clear and crisp the images were. And the colors are perfect. I love the fact that the darker images aren't unaccessible to the eye by being too dark.

After careful research, we went to BB to look over my top 3 choices for a new TV. An associate, Braeden, helped us choose the Bravia 8 TV after asking where the TV will be located, near windows, in a light or dark room etc. Our choice became clearer as we looked at other sets. Upon installation, all the research and guidance helped us purchase the correct TV for our room. Superior color, super thin unit, very easy setup, and the remote is user friendly. We are extremely happy!
