The best picture I’ve ever seen of any TV. Easy to set-up if you have a Google account. The darks are so rich and the colors are so vibrant.

I enjoy this new Sony tv, since my last Sony tv was the 27" Trinatron. The 65" Sony smart tv features are more natively built in than the last few smart tvs I owned. I appreciate that with only 4 HDMI ports (2 HDMI 1.2, 2 - 2.1 HDMI), it doesnt require apple tv or google chromecast plugged in since they are built in apps. Google store is available for downloading majority of streaming apps including Xfinity linked apps. The picture is beautiful and with 120hz seems very smooth using Ps5 and XSX. Games like Horizon zero Dawn and Control look amazing even with not being 120hz capable My only wish is that the Sony tv would indicate 120hz was in use . Overall its a wonderful smart tv with HDR 120hz and decent built in speakers. For the price (approx 1850 excluding taxes) the cost was great during superbowl savings.

I want to love this TV, and at first it just blew me away. Coming from a 720P Plasma, I was more about the contrast capability of Oled than the brighter picture of QLED's as I watch a lot of movies in a mostly dark room. But, the first TV I got developed a black bar (looks almost purple in the photo from my phone flash) along the border of the TV and worked its way around the screen. It would happen watching any source/content. Made the bezel look wider or taller depending on what side of the TV screen it was on. I thought it might be the pixel shift, but I was told by Best Buy you shouldn't be able to see the feature. Sony seemed to indicate this was the case as well. When I turned off pixel shift in the settings, the bar would come back. The picture other than that was outstanding, colors were amazing, and HDR was incredible. the brightness was more than I need. I like all the apps right on the home screen and the shortcuts to Netflix & Youtube for instance right on the remote. It even controls my cable box, so only one remote needed. I decided to exchange it because I was concerned about pixel burn in along the edges eventually because of the border issue. The next TV does the same thing, but the picture was not as great looking as the original TV (even after adjusting some settings trying to dial it in), and it doesn't get as bright as the original (it was noticeable almost right away, and it was just an eye test, but I could tell just by viewing same HDR movies to compare in a dark room). So...I decided to give it one more try. Have a new TV on the way. I'm expecting the border thing will still happen, because what are the odds of 2 TV's doing the same thing and it is not intentional. I just hope the picture looks as nice and it gets as bright for HDR as my first one. If it does, I'll most likely just keep it and deal with the eventuality of the pixels wearing oddly on the edge of the screen. The first TV was just so incredible with HDR and even HD viewing. I was in amazement at the colors, clarity, and true black levels, I still have to recommend this over any of the LED TV's.

Fantastic picture, crisp colors and easily customizable to the settings you prefer. Plenty of HDMI ports for todays add on devices. Wi-fi connection works well for streaming TV.

There is almost no reason to spend more on the A90J outside of 2 areas: 1) you’re rich 2) you will be using the panel in a room that’s constantly bright and has lots of windows. I came from a 7 year old Bravia xbr850b and it had 4K but no HDR, and as we all now know 4K without HDR is pretty weak. But it still has a decent picture on it, it just doesn’t compete within the same realm of televisions as this A80J. Usually TV manufacturers throw out a bunch of “proprietary” software each year on televisions that most of us immediately turn off but this time…. Sony’s cognitive processor is on the money. A Sony OLED panel is the best of both worlds. You get LGs top of the line panels with Sonys magical processing and color accuracy. Also, Bravia core w/ Pure Stream is literally Blue Ray quality HDR4k. It’s only believed if seen. If you get this set do yourself a favor and watch the new Bad Boys movie in it. Oh my god. Seriously, if you even think you might be willing to buy this unit GO FOR IT. I see so many of the some lines I just used on so many TVs that Best Buy sells but I promise you, this time it’s real. Sony, if you’re reading this… You answered all my prayers (lol): Very snappy OS✔️ HDMI2.1✔️ Cognitive processing ✔️ Atmos ✔️ AirPlay 2✔️ And more I’m sure to discover.

Never thought id say this but Samsung got beat and so did LG, this Sony is top of the line for movies and gaming

Great picture, and sound. The sound is so good, you don't need a sound bar, the sound comes right from the screen, I couldn't believe how great the sound is. I thought it was a little pricey, but when I compared the picture to the other TV I was concidring in the showroom I decided it was worth the extra money.

Absolutely amazing TV for the price. Vivid colors, deep contrast with true blacks, and amazing sound - even coming directly from the TV. I do have a home theater system, but trying out the standard speakers was the first time I was impressed by a modern TV. I am incredibly happy with this purchase!

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I was able to go and see in store after doing some internet browsing and researched some of the better models. The Sony Bravia XR OLED does not disappoint. The picture is vivid and vibrant. I could have gone slightly larger but next size up I think too large (77”). The sound comes thru the screen and does really well. I might eventually get a sound bar for an enriched experience. I’m able to watch from any angle (even when at the island cooking or washing dishes at the island. I am happy. Best Buy has been a great place for all my electronics and appliances. Total Tech is also another must. They were quick and efficient getting the TV moved in and installed, and even helped me to set up all the apps and have a tutorial. I’m happy

Fantastic tv. Love this tv. Amazed at the clarity and the sound is awesome. Bought this tv just over a month ago and have been enjoying it everyday. Love the picture quality that it has when I saw it in store and didn’t pay any attention to sound until I installed it. I cranked up the volume and wow! No need for a sound bar. No need for a fire stick or Roku, it has all the apps I use to stream so I only have to use one remote. Very satisfied with my purchase. Best birthday purchase for myself ever.

I love this TV. It is big enough to see well without my glasses, so that is nice. Very easy access to Netflix, YouTube, and more. Bright and crisp with good color. I just bought another one. The sound is good enough that there is no need for a separate sound bar. Everything about this TV rocks.

Coming from a Samsung 60” HDTV, it’s a massive difference in quality and color vibrance. Owned a Sony Bravia before 4Ks were out and was determined to own one again as this was a close tie to the LG OLED. I’ve had to rewatch a lot of movies and it’s amazing the difference the immerse feeling it gives you with the quality. The sound quality coming from it is amazing also. Can’t quite say you don’t need a sound bar, but you can live without it if you want. Although hooking up the Apple TV 4K box to it puts it down to 60hz, but you still get 4k Dolby vision and I hardly notice a difference. Definitely happy with this personal gift to myself.

We looked at lots of QLed and OLED TV’s. We wanted to make sure we had the best picture & features in our price range. Nearly everyone we spoke to over a couple of months said if it was for them personally, they would buy a Sony! Our picture is detailed & warm, with what we thought was the best realism. We had Best Buy install the TV and had them wall mount it. In fact, the installers were so sharp, they had discovered that our TV was not in the warehouse ready for delivery. They caught in time and were able to keep the installation appointment!! Love that we have Best Buy’s Total Tech Membership! It’s paid for itself several times over!! Thanks Best Buy, for making our technology purchases so much easier!

Stunning picture, yet an absolutely horrible experience with regard to Google TV. Persistent audio dropouts, followed by complete restarts when using streaming apps, Last night Google TV would not even load and was in a vicious loop, continuously restarting over and over (see photos). Yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting steps suggested by Sony and others, but nothing helps. I don't get the glowing reviews - am I the only one who has problems like this? Do a Google search for "Sony Bravia Android crash Reddit" and you will see I'm not the only one who has these issues. I'm ready to take a baseball bat to this TV unless Sony fixes this - I am beyond livid.

Love my new Sony a8j. Excellent picture . I worried about brightness levels but not actually have to use it on a lower setting . I had this in my bedroom. I can’t stop watching some random nature videos. Lol

A80J OLED is everything you need in a tv and more. Spectacular picture and INCREDIBLE sound. Beautiful sleek design edge and great picture from all viewing angles. I had a 320W Sony sound bar and no longer needed it after getting this tv. The sound and picture quality is just unbelievably. OLED screen is very bright and you can counter this through settings or adjusting picture mode based on preference. I recommend installing a tape light behind to further complement the great picture especially when watching movies. Philips Hue gradient strip!! Over all, TV is worth the price and even more.

Best TV I ever owned. Love the picture and the sound is theater like, feels amd aounds like it comes from the screen. It is basically an IMAX TV. Google Interface is superior to roku, you can find shows fast. The Bravia Core app gives you 4 free Sony movies to own in IMAX. Great picture from any angle with no glare. Just buy this TV it's worth it.

This. TV. Rocks. I mean, I haven’t bought a TV in a long time, mostly use a projector but we needed something smaller for our bedroom so we went with the 65”. Holy wow. The colors on this are insane, the picture quality will blow your mind. The audio is, rather good and totally adequate for a bedroom. There was a minor issue setting up with the WiFi initially (had to restart it mid-install and it’s been fine since) no big deal tho. If you’re thinking whether this TV is worth the price of admission the answer is a resounding absolutely. Bought it without even seeing it in a store and it’s u real good.

BestBuy comes through again! Amazing open-box Oled! I was not expecting this Sony Oled to be this good, but I am still in shock. The crispness, the clarity, the black levels, the color…the sound coming from the speakers in the tv…SHEESH!! And this was an open-box fair condition Oled…utterly speechless. I have a LG CX and LG C1 Oled tvs that I consider my best purchases, but this A80J is stunning!! If you happen to come across an Oled that retailed for $3,000 and can get it for $900…with BestBuy behind you…GET IT..
