Still had the plastic on it, looked brand new without the box. Zero imperfections. I have mostly higher end (not the highest end) Sony TV’s and this TV did not disappoint ! As a matter of fact this TV surpassed the review hype. So much had to get another one (77 inch) … Slight but worth the upgrade! ( I was able sell my 75 for a good price!, My homeboy said that TV was the best he’s had and he got LG OLED) Should ring bells about this TV! Oh and the sound quality is actually amazing for a TV

Responsive and bright just by the warranty

However, not so much better that I would have purchased if my A8G didn't fail after a year and a half. Whatever you do by the warranty. Sony reliability and long-term supportability in regards to repair part availability is severely lacking. That being said, I was impressed with the improved user interface. Much more fluid and responsive then the A8H. Major griped are it did not come with a backlit remote and they got rid of the IR blaster function which is essential if your AV gear is in a closet. Overall, if you were able to pick it up for 2K not a bad deal. Again just buy the extended warranty or you could be left up a creek without a paddle.

Great OLED TV for under $2000

TV sound was surprisingly really good without adding a soundbar. Minimal changes to the settings for optimal picture, it was amazing right out of the box. I also liked that the TV has screws to hook on to the wall mount EXACTLY in the center of the TV. The remote seemed big at first but the buttons and grip is smoothe. I do like the Google TV that is built in, at first I didn’t think I was going to use it but it centralizing all the different streaming services I have. If I would have had more money I would have opted for the 75in but I am happy with the 65in I got.

Best TV I've Ever Seen!

My previous TV was a Sony Bravia LED HD TV. Everything in 4K is actually appears to be twice as good. I'm just amazed. The built-in sound system is great, I've never seen a picture this good before, and I love all of the Smart TV features. Kind of glad my last TV broke down. This is so much fun! Buy the $1000 remote from the A90J. Its heavy, metal, and all of the keys are backlit. Available on eBay for $79.95. This is a must! If you buy this TV, you will be extremely pleased with your choice. Like I am. Thank You Sony!

Get the Geek squat to set up otherwise suffer

Easy to set up. Remotes are a problem. You use 1 for sound, another for channel, back to the other for apps etc. Can't get them programmed to only use 1. I have reset them a dozen times and no luck to use one. Wi-Fi keeps turning itself off.. Called subscriber, said I have to unplug tv for 10 sec. and plug back in to reacquire wi-fi signal. Still haven't figured out how to organize my apps and get rid of the ones I don't use. It's going to take a long while to get it work the way I want it to.

For the 4K TV stations, if you are using an over-the-air antenna, please refer to the information below:
While ATSC 3.0 signals are capable of being transmitted in 4K resolution, picture resolution is a broadcaster choice. Currently, in this rollout phase of NEXTGEN TV, broadcasters are commonly transmitting their ATSC 3.0 signals in HD with wider color gamuts. Until the 4K source is available, our TVs have good upscaling to 4K resolution.
For the remote control, we are not sure what model/brand of the devices you have this TV connected to. However, you may try following the steps provided on the links below to control your devices using only the TV remote control:

The original that I purchased was DOA. It was replaced the very next day and I’ve had zero issues since. My only gripe is that all content isn’t 4K. When everything matches up, this thing really shines. The image quality is breathtaking. The on-board audio is certainly an upgrade from my previous screen. One point that should be clear. If you are a spectrum subscriber, you cannot download the spectrum app to this tv (as of the writing of this review). This may not matter for most purchasers.

The biggest issue I had was actually trying to find one actually in stock somewhere and I had to drive around to multiple stores sometimes even returning their previous one to try to find one. I'd almost suggest if you've been thinking about getting one of the higher technology TVs and you come across one in stock get it because if not the chance of finding one even after the supply chain issues were resolved to still a challenge.

Works flawlessly with my Sony a/v, Sony UHD disc player, and Apple devices. I purchased the Sony backlit remote separately, so now I have 2 exact Sony remotes but one is backlit. I had a great tv before but Sony OLED is it! I mostly use my Apple TV because I find the experience better than Google TV. The Bravia app Pure Stream provides an excellent IMAX Enhanced experience, otherwise I primarily use Apple TV 4K Dolby Vision. Everything works well with everything else, even better than I hoped.

I find the interface decent for Youtube TV, and various apps. Picture is very nice compared to my previous Sony LED gaming set. Not in a bright room so can't comment on that but in BestBuy store didn't seem dark compared to other sets on display. Viewing angle so nice after putting up with LEDs all these years. Sound is surprisingly good in a 15x20 foot room, try without a sound bar first to see if it meets your needs. Would definitely buy again.

I was deciding between 3 TVs (Samsung, LG, Hisense). I had visited the store several times and researched the pros and cons of each. Every time I visited the store the Sony Bravia TVs kept getting my attention. The picture quality was better than any of the other TVs I had looked at. The price was higher and it wasn't an upgrade in size but I purchased the Sony Bravia and couldn't be happier with my decision. Everything about this TV is great. Picture, Sound, Interface, Style and Look. Watching college football in 4K is stunning!! Awesome TV!
