Seeing the OLED in action with 4k movies you really see the difference between OLED and LED. I have this TV next to my Sony 950h and the 950h is brighter but everything else goes to the OLED. Color, clarity, and the darks are so much better. I love both but if I was buying another one I'd go OLED.

That's why only 4 stars. Technician did not know how to pick up TV (I read the manual) and rear cover is not totally connected, only partially. Suggested to tech that if rear wall mount bracket was loosened, cover would snap into place.

Why was I wrong? I have seen LG OLEDs as they been updated every year since my 2016, and I never seemed to think I needed to upgrade to the latest model TV. Then I came across Sony OLED screens, and then I finally noticed the huge difference between the LG OLEDs and Sony Bravia XR panels. I cannot describe in detail, but just go to any Best Buy store and you will see what I'm talking about. Once you go Sony, you'll never settle for anything less.

It's connected to a Denon X3500H AVR and xbox one x with 5.1.2 speaker set up. This TV needs no soundbar as the sound is terrific from it. Once you get the settings right, the picture is as good as your eyes can see.Natural color as it would look if you were in the scene in Dolby HDR. Black is black and white is perfect, You can even turn off screen if wish to just listen to music. Of all the tv's to choose from I'm confident I got the best for my money.

Very happy I switched brands because this TV ‘s picture quality is absolutely stunning! Second to none! The UI is easy to use. The built in Google TV feature is sweet but I use an Apple TV 4K so I unfortunately won’t use it that much but it’s awesome for android users though! I’m very happy with this purchase and think I’m on team Sony for TVs from now on! OLED is definitely the way to go! If you have the extra funds I promise you it’s worth every penny!

The picture is fantastic for movies and for gaming. The 120hz refresh rate with the VRR mode is as good as it gets for console gaming and the OLED display makes movies and tv really stand out. The built in picture modes are also great, and I have hardly had to alter them when switching between different apps and content. As a bonus, I didn't know when I bought it that Sony's XR sound was so good. I think you could easily skip getting most $200-$400 sound bars and be totally content with the sound of the TV.

Amazing sound which adds to overall experience

I use the TV with an Apple HomePod mini stereo pair for sound but the in built sound system matches that experience in some parameters. Integrates well with all premium subscription services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sling, Disney+, Apple TV+, Hulu etc. The remote is an impressive upgrade to the previous generations (I own a Sony Bravia 50" - 2013 model as will which is still going strong). Would recommend if someone is looking to buy this 65" beauty.

I never thought I would be into the more true cinematic experience, as in true to the directors intent, but this one knocks it out of the park. I remember wanting a BRAVIA tv as kid, and now I have one. I also have a vizio elevate system, but the built in speaker is the best built in speaker I have ever experienced. If you have a smaller room, you don't need a sound bar. It does struggle in some brighter light though.

Con: One problem we are having is the TV keeps shutting off. I've tried everything per the online troubleshooting including checking the timers and/or sleep timers and also performed a soft reset. Second problem is when my husband uses his bluetooth headphones (hearing problems) it shuts off the sound to the TV and we cannot watch a movie with together. Wish it didn't do that. Very happy with the response from Totaltech who will be out to replace the TV for us.

One TV to do it All

Easy to mount, picture quality is superb and the sound using the screen as a sound board is good enough to not need a sound bar. The picture is not the brightest but makes up for it in the details and resolution. I do not play games on it but movies or watching videos on YouTube, it is not a problem. One TV to do it all. Interface is easy to use and intuitive. The profile hides the TV on the wall quite well and the minimal frame around the screen provides a really sleek look. Makes my old flat screen look like a dinosaur. Would 100% purchase again.
