I always buy close to top of line TV and keep for years. The Bravia replaced a 23 yr old Sony which was still working great but only 32" and wow what a pleasure the Bravia is. Need to get brave and start exploring its capabilities but love it just for the clear huge picture! Geek squad was beyond expectation!

It replaced a Panasonic 58" plasma we had for 11 years, which was still going strong and were reluctant to replace. But this Sony 65" is definitely a step up in display sharpness and color. Smart apps work great, easy to navigate. Would have liked a backlit remote but that is minor quibble. We had Geek Squad install it on wall over a fireplace along with a Sonos Arc soundbar and sub. Good combo.

I didn't like my friends LG Oled. Wasn't impressed. This. I am impressed. Combined with Wideband 5G internet, hdmi 2.1 cables, Apple TV 4K(direct internet connect with cat 5e cable) and using the ARC input....BOOOM. Is this 4k? I rewatch movies and I am like WOW they are so beautiful. Now I know what cinematography is suppose to look like.

Adam at Best Buy took the time to explain and show us the differences in the TV offerings. We chose this based on how he educated us. Even though there was nothing wrong with our 65 inch TV from 2014, this is up to date and the picture quality is just that much better. Very happy with Adam and Best Buy and the Geek Squad that installed our TV.

The image is amazing, and while it can be a bit brighter, for the money, this TV is second to none. I struggled between a80j and a90j and the difference in price did not justify the upgrade because this TV is fantastic. The sound was surprisingly great for a flat screen; better than any flat screen I have heard. Sony really put out a strong Tv and if you have the money, you will not regret it.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The only reason I did not give a 5 was because of the delivery of item, however the persons who delivered were very nice one seemed more knowledgeable and they were very careful in setting everything up it was so late in the evening that we did not want to hold them so long in asking questions. They were very good on safety social distancing and cleanliness. As far as the TV so far so good every worked great the only learning curve is the remote and feature takes some learning and unfortunately because I tried to upload my free Apple TV I was not able to do and mess up settings trying to upload. As far as TV itself I am very please with TV and picture quality especially when watching my 4K movies.

Love the clarity even in semi bright rooms. Better than the Samsung I had. Also love this Bravia core streaming. Highly recommend this tv. Paired it with a Sonos arc and Sonos one sl speakers to really get the Dolby atmos sound out of this great tv. Acoustics are great without the surround sound but even better with.
