The colors are very natural, and the picture is bright enough for my well-lit room. I am not using a sound bar, yet the sound is very good, much better than any previous tv I have had. I have only had it one week, but it works great, and I have not experienced any problems.

The guy at the owasso Best Buy really helped me out and I was able to get more in depth information about how to mess with the setting to get the full power out of the tv. Only 2 complaints is game mode is a bit dim, you have to turn the color to the max basically. The burn in scared me at first but it just takes a second for the lights to calm down after it lights a picture for a bit. I notice it sometimes but not often enough. Excellent TV and INCREDIBLY HELPFUL team members helping me out.

Organic LED displays (OLED) may experience image retention if an image is continuously displayed for a long period of time or the same image is repeatedly displayed. This is due to the characteristics of the materials used to achieve high-definition imaging. To protect your TV screen, avoid using images that may cause image retention. The good news is that we have steps to protect the TV screen from image retention, like Pixel Shift and Panel Refresh found within the TV settings. For more information, please refer to this link:

Sony is known for great quality televisions! This TV doesn't need a sound bar its very loud and saved me a few hundred dollars. The OLED is bright and wonderful! quality! A+++

Have the installer assemble the stand in the narrow 27" setting and slightly raised, to allow for proper functioning of the remote, above the sound bar. The picture is like Epcot Center film. It is as realistic as you can imagine. Sports figures appear 3D total action. Thank you Best Buy.

Set up was a bit difficult as we are older and getting the feet into the right position and lifting the heavy screen was a challenge. I would have paid for the set up if I had to do it over again. Otherwise, no complaints. I highly recommend this TV.

Well worth the money

I route the sound through my stereo, so I can't comment on the built in sound. But the picture is Fantastic! So much better than my Sony LED that it is replacing. I also like the low profile feet, it hides my Apple TV, At&t box and power strip.

I also have a flagship $6000 Sony TV from a few years back which made everything I've seen today look pitiful. That now changed with this OLED. Makes my older flagship look a bit less impressive. Well there is if it is a Sony Bravia 65" OLED TV that I bought last month. Add a Vizio V2.1 Sound Bar to the TV and you have the best entertainment center in your living room. With the price that they were sold in October. What a deal!

Most users won't be needing a sound bar doe to the OK bass and clear dialogs. Just regret not getting a bigger size.. Only downside: while new OLED are unlikely to get burn in, the fear is always there, especially when you not the one using the TV..

As far as audio- unless you want to rattle the walls, no secondary sound bars etc are needed. Only on movie channels do I have minute drop outs of audio, but this maybe an issue with my very high speed Internet and cable provider.

Great quality so far

We usually have a hard time on our old TVs with dark scenes, even with the brightness all the way up. The OLED screen on this makes every dark or light screen look amazing. Gaming on it has been great too.
