2 problems after just a couple of months. The voice changes (goes away, doesn't match mouth speaking, or changes tone ). Also, sometimes the tv freezes when you turn it on. for both issues you need to shut the tv off and turn it back on

I purchased the this Sony Bravia XR A95L and it was dead right out of the box. Spoke with Sony and Geek Squad both said that there was no fix for it and to just return it. So after transporting it home, moving it into my house, unboxing it and setting everything up I had no picture when I powered it up. I had to completely repackage everything, move it again back to my truck and return it. I do have to say that Best Buy performed a totally hassle free return and were very helpful during the process. Does Sony not even test these prior to shipping them out? Evidently not! A $3500 top of their line TV. Shame on Sony. Sony wasted my time and energy without any consideration.

Great tv but tv comes on again after you shut it off

Totally mismanaged and wasted my time. Bravia Sony TV is not working after spending $5800 on the total purchase with sound bar

Swindled by the store. Requested help and a callback. Received neither. Did not come with promised components or accessories. Issues started immediately after warranty expired

This television is the best I have seen since LED televisions have come out. When we purchased our last television, LED televisions had been on the market for a few years. They did not stand a chance compared to the Panasonic Plasma television we purchased. The picture quality was horrible compared to a Plasma television. LED televisions have come a long way. We looked at several televisions. Samsung, LG and even lower-end televisions. Until looking at the Sony A95L, no other LED television compared in picture quality to our Panasonic Plasma television. We are totally happy and impressed with the Sony A95L OLED television. The color, black level contrast and detail have finally given us a reason to upgrade to an OLED Sony television. You cannot go wrong with this Sony television. I cannot say the same thing for Samsung, LG or other low-end televisions.

Continuing problems with reception being interrupted. May need to return this second tv. Not good

I gave it 5 stars but was leaning towards 4 stars. Not because it is a 4 star product or because of the picture. It has a tremendous picture and where it really shines is with an Ultra 4k bluray player. I don't have streaming or even internet in my home. So my primary viewing is Directv. I replaced a Panasonic plasma that I bought in 2009. Honestly the picture difference isn't huge. I was expecting a night and day difference but there wasn't. It's not that the QD-OLED isn't good but i guess the plasma is STILL that good. I don't regret the purchase because i was wanting an upgrade anyway. The picture with an Ultra 4K movie is amazing. The detail and clarity is great. The colors are amazing. I wasn't amazed like when you go from VHS to DVD however. Regular viewing on Directv is great too but not much more than my plasma. Where this unit is leaps and bounds better is the sound! Wow...i was amazed at how big the sound was without a soundbar. The bass can be felt which is why I'm amazed. The built in speakers are very loud. I was planning on a soundbar system but i may not now. Overall im satisfied with this TV but im honestly not sure if its worth the price. The LG G3 with a soundbar and sub would be about the same price as the Sony.

Upgraded to the A95L from the A80L. The main differences between the two are the A95L has better color, is brighter, and has better depth or 3d effect than the A80L. The A95L also comes pre-calibrated. I would say with the A80L you are getting 80-85% of what the A95L offers. If you simply want the best and don’t mind the price, then I highly recommend the A95L. If you want 80-85% of what the A95L does but for almost half the cost, then the A80L is my recommendation.

I’m absolutely blown away by this Television incredible performance. The picture quality is stunning, the sound is crystal clear, and the smart features make it a breeze to navigate through all my favorite streaming apps. I've purchased several OLED TVs the past 8 years, this one is the best picture of any I've owned and seen in person. The picture gets really bright, colors are accurate. I wish I would've waited for the 77'', but I am very happy with the 65'' size. Everything about this TV feels premium.

An excellent TV. Color, clarity, and brightness are all exceptional. We purchased this TV because we wanted to eliminate cable, and go to all streaming service. We've been very pleased with the result. The Google TV app serves as a nice hub providing access to all our streaming applications, making navigation very easy. I can't speak to sound quality since we use a surround sound system, but it was easy to hook that up.

Purchased the A95L from Best Buy a month ago. TV works flawlessly. No buyer's remorse here. Very high tech. Read the owners manual. Install the updates. Worth every penny. OTA channels look stunning. Great sound from the TV.SONY has really done it this time. Thank you BEST BUY. I will be returning to upgrade my media room down stairs, soon.
