    Three weeks after installation, a group of pixels got stuck in red, near the center, but a little towards top left. It just happened while watching a program. There was a line going horizontally and vertically from spot. Also picture in the bottom right quadrant of cross would sputter. Best buy exchanged tv with new with no issues and an did apologize. (Tech took it to the back, tested and said it appeared to be from manufacturer and was surprised as sony doesnt usually have this kind of issue). Brought home and installed new tv and hooked up to brand new (bought same day as first bravia) onkyo reciever. Put settings the same and found surround sound only worked when using blu ray. Since the onkyo worked with blue tooth, blu ray and first tv, i didn't think reciever is the issue. The tv surround didnt work with streamed shows either from hotspot phone or direct streaming. The internal tv speakers did work. So because i have the new, member benefit thing (i forgot what its called, but it cost 200) best buy is sending a tech to the house on Wednesday to check it all out. I will have them check all my connections and set up system optimally also... if they fix tv issue. The connection i used is earc. I didnt try the optical connection option as i didnt have a connector long enough and it just wasnt worth the drive to buy one. If i remember i will update after tech diagnostic Picture shows red spot. Bright white light is just a reflection, not part of tv issue. There is a horizontal line also that doesnt show here. Also onky gave 4 stars for picture because i didnt have the time to get into fine tuning. Rating is for basic settings out of the box.
