Picture quality n sound quality is great. Very very Occasional issue of memory so you cannot load too many apps but a restart fixes it. I have Netflix, prime, Hulu, Espn, Disney and 1-2 more.

However, out of the box I did a white screen test and oh boy! A wild dead pixel party! I’m not sure yet if I’m gonna return it since one other reviewer reported getting an even worse replacement. I’m gonna have to think about it in the next few days. The dead pixels aren’t really a show stopper but it’s a bummer knowing mine has it. Overall I’m still satisfied with this TV but Sony, if you’re reading this, pay more attention next time to the quality of your panels!

Allow us to help and isolate the problem. May we know the number of defective pixels based on color (bright or dark) that is showing on the screen? Debris on the screen can also appear as dead or defective pixels. Please clean the screen thoroughly with a soft, dry cloth to confirm whether or not the issue is actually a defective pixel or due to just dirt or debris. Okay, but not great…

Usability not so much. Constantly has wifi problems when my network is fine and all other devices in my house are functioning normally. Was told by a friend that the Google TV interface was the best, honestly it kind of sucks. I’m sure it’ll last a long time, but when it’s finally done, I’m going back to Samsung.

Which I was happy with but the panel went out. I had the 5 year best buy replacement warrenty and was able to upgrade. This tv pairs great with the ps5, and looks great for movies and hdr or sdr content.

Good Brand, Good System, Terrible QC

I noticed some panel uniformity issues [Dirty Screen Effect] and it has progressively gotten worse. It is now to the point that there are dark marks directly in the middle and it is impossible towatch a single show without noticing. I liked the tv but the QC on this particular model was not stellar.
