It was quickly replaced. Any item can be defective- what counts is the way in which it is addressed. Best Buy stepped up immediately and took care of the problem. The Geek Squad was here to return/replace and they were absolutely amazing!! This is why we do business with Best Buy. Thank you!!

Glare is horrible, don’t trust your salesperson.

I was told it was great if glare was a concern. The opposite is true. Any glare is actually accentuated and becomes a huge rainbow across your screen. I never review but felt I must.
