    I’ve always had Sony Bravia and have always loved them up until now. This new TV is so blurry and it hurts my eyes. I am very disappointed and think it’s time to switch over to Samsung.

    Purchase this TV February 2022 and broke July 2023. Waiting for technical support to fix it had an additional cost. I do not recommend this TV.

    The tv great it was sold to me with no remote control after they told me it was with the tv. I had to call sony and they sent me a free remote control

    Love the pictures on the televisions. But the sound bar barely outputs any sound. Called the store and we've got to wait a week for anyone to come and fix the problem. When you pay cash you would think you'd get better service. The sound from the unit at store was fantastic. At home barely even hear the tv.

    Worst buying experience. The management that showed up with my pick up order didn’t seem to care at all about the customer. I bought this TV online. It was suppose to be in excellent condition and when I showed up they were carrying the TV in a cart with no box or anything and to top it off it was scratched and didn’t even have a stand. Anyways moral of story don’t buy open box because what it says isn’t what you get

    Had a great picture and the sound was amazing. However, after a month it quit working. I went back to LG. Not saying this happens to all the TV's. I will be sending it back and get my LG.

      We are sorry to hear that the TV had to be replaced due to black screen uniformity and blooming control. This is definitely not the viewing experience we wanted you to have with our premium TVs.

      The LCD screen is made with high-precision technology to achieve a high level of performance and picture quality. To achieve this level of performance, the backlight setting of the TV is set to maximize the screen brightness. However, you may notice uneven brightness on the TV when watching in a dark environment or when the screen is blank. This condition is normal and not a malfunction of the TV. If you should find this affects your enjoyment, here are few adjustments that you can do to minimize this condition.
      Reduce the Backlight Level in the Picture Settings menu.
      Turn the Light Sensor setting to On in the Setup menu.
      Change the Power Saving setting to Low or High in the Setup menu.
      Set the Picture Mode to Standard in the Settings menu.

    Very Disappointed in this product. A week after I bought it the picture started flashing and then the TV would just shut off and give me the red 4 flashing lights. It's going back to the store and switching to another brand. Just Google Sony red flashing light and you will see all the problems.

    Great picture. Love the integration of Google Assistant to quickly change channels, play movies or open applications. The TV provides good sound without a sound bar for those who just want to hang it on the wall without the hassle and expense of a bunch of additional wires and cables.

    You said the screen is glass, and the speakers sound through the glass screen. Is that in addition to the bottom forward firing speakers? Can it be mounted on same Rocketfish full motion mount that my Sony Bravia XR 55 X90J is mounted on now? What else dies a test dummie need to know? Thanks Steve.

    Agent David and the guy who helped him did an excellent job of installing the TV. They had to work extra hard to get the old TV removed; so went above and beyond. We are very happy with the TV, also. They are to be commended and appreciated.

    Absolutely do NOT buy this TV, nothing but problems, especially with network connections. It is literally plugged directly into the modem and will not connect. Always dropping the WiFi connection. Also, total lack of connectivity apps. You are much better going with an LG or Samsung.
