    Overall, we are quite satisfied with this TV. There have been only two problems but so far we haven't found any solutions. First, the TV randomly turns itself on. Searched the web, tried several fixes but still no remedy. We also have a X950H from last year and it does not exhibit this issue. Second, there is a significant lag time (7-8 seconds) when switching between ATSC 1 and ATSC 3 channels. Switching from an ATSC 1 to another ATSC 1 channel is nearly instantaneous. The lag time is annoying when trying to watch several football games simultaneously. Sony seems to indicate this may improve as the stations improve/update their broadcasts. We're not sure where the problem actually lies. Just be aware of this if you buy a Sony with ATSC 3 tuners.

      For ATSC 3 issue, during the initial rollout of NEXTGEN TV service, broadcasters are optimizing functional performance including channel change time. you should see improvement over time. Our current performance is consistent with market solutions.

    I’ve had both Sony and Samsung flat screen TV’s. Both have good pictures however I think the Sony just has a better pic. What helped make my decision to buy another Sony is the GUI, Samsungs GUI is clunky and unintuitive compared to Sonys. Also, the sound quality is better than that of my Bose sound bar. I absolutely love the Tv

    Everything went great. Setup instructions were excellent, easy to understand and execute, resulting in a very efficient and successful setup on the first run through. So far the picture quality has been outstanding and the sound has been very good in a challenging environment. I would highly recommend buying this Sony Smart TV from Best Buy everyday.

    The Best Buy Bravia was cheaper than the Amazon refurbished TV. It also had a place to return the TV if there was a problem. Delivery was excellent too. I got the Bravia after reading several positive reviews. The reviews so far are accurate. The TV came with 5 free Sony movies through Sony core.

    TV performs fabulously: I really enjoy the Google integration so I can control it from my android phone. I use it to cast music from my playlist to my speakers without needing to connect to my amp. Movies and TV shows play on it great as well. This is probably the best LED TV on the market right now.

    We bought this to replace a previous Sony we'd had for 15 years, so kind of knew what to expect. Picture's gorgeous. Had some difficulty setting it up to work with my universal remote. The Sony Bravia extras were hard to find and no info was readily available online. Probably won't get as much time out of this one because LEDs don't last as long as our rear-projector type, but hopefully it will give us several years before it conks out.

    Great picture, easy to navigate through everyday tasks. Replaced an 12 year old tv did not realize how much better the picture is on the newer technology. Love the speak into remote. I am sure there are better products out there for twice the money but this seems like the best bang for your buck.

    I can’t say enough good things about this tv. Picture is fantastic. Very user friendly interface. The stand is perfect, as the A5000 soundbar fits right underneath it. I considered the OLED technology, but I think this one is more than good enough for a lower price. Soundbar is awesome!
