This replaces my old Sony TV – which lasted a decade and a half! The X95J has great picture quality and is a sleek, well-built TV. To me, Sony's LED TVs seem to be a much better value than their OLED TVs – that's why I went with this one rather than the twice-as-expensive OLED.

I also have an LG OLED the Sony compliments the LG and is better for a brighter room the picture is superb without the constant worry of burn-in that comes with using OLED. The Sony Soundbar with rear speakers are a must have !!!

Very good TV

I still have to use my Apple TV box, not happy. How can Google not have access? The TV was easy to setup, getting on Google was the biggest problem. Picture looks very good, sound not bad either.

We purchased Total Tech at the same time and they’ve been very helpful getting everything set up. M6 only complaint is we still don’t have the remotes totally “communicating”. Hopefully, Totl Tech will get this resolved next time they’re out!

The amount of granular control that this TV has over every setting is absolutely amazing. I am still fine tuning it. I will probably be adding a sound bar in the near future, either a Sony HT-A7000 or a Sonos Arc.

My Sony has a lot of competition in our house (LG C1, Samsung QN90A, TCL 6 Series, and two older TV's (LG and Samsung). The black levels are decent, sound is above average, and the picture was soft until I had it calibrated. It is probably the third best TV in the house.

I wanted 75" but the difference between 65 and 75 inches was a lot. And I don't know how to get my free three months with Apple TV. And I am not sure about 120mhz. We watch F1 and soccer and I am not 100% satisfied with that. But for movies and streaming it is a good TV

The appearance looks beautiful and the display is amazing, very clear and detailed. It's quite heavy but very stable that I put it on the media table, two people are needed for installation. The remote is also made for convenience, easy access to other channels. When the TV is in standby mode, there are various pictures show up instead of turning black. The pictures are free and I love this function!

I really want to like this tv
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried a few different TVs before buying this one I tried the tcl r635 the vizio p series quantum and then the sonyx90j I liked the x90j the most but it wasn’t as bright as I would have liked so when the x95j came out I decided to upgrade to it. Mainly because the XR processor is fire this year. I’ve had the tv about a week and I really want to like this tv but there is something wrong with this panel it is definitely brighter than the x90j but the performance is in my opinion worse do to the panel there are uniformity issues along the border of the tv that I didn’t have with the x90j. There is also a noticeable and distracting flicker is dark scenes along the left and right sides I believe this tv should and could perform better. I would be happy to change my score if someone could reach out and see if we can make this right because as of right now I liked the x90j better.
