I am completely satisfied with my 65 inch Sony. The only snag was they didn't have the Sony at the store I shopped. I had to drive to another store to pick it up. However with that said, it was a small glitch. Best Buy customer service is the best. This is the best TV I've purchased yet.

We were looking for something that had Bluetooth capabilities for a sound bar and had a clear picture. We have had the TV for about a month now and have been very impressed with the features and pictures.

Once they added HDR to this model (you must update firmware) , it was a no-brainer for the price. Overall, I am very happy with the TV, though I wish it were easier to customize some of the Android TV functionality, for example, I am not able to add Google Play Movies and TV to my favorites. I have had a few minor issues with the screen going blank that required me to re-seat the HDMI cable from my DirecTV box.

My only complaint is the built in operating system can be slow. The perceived loading time of Apps and certain functions from the remote can be distracting.

Excellent picture quality, great built in apps, looks great mounted to my living room wall. Even though it's 65 inches it doesn't seem too large as the frame is so small. The only thing I would improve on is the sound, but I have mine plugged into a Sony soundbar which truly sounds as good as the picture looks.

I am completely sold on their tvs and dvds. The picture is great with fantastic colors. It makes watching live sports events a pleasure. I would recommend Sony products to all my family and friends. I was also totally pleased with the crew that installed my television.

After seeing all the TV's dude to side I chose the Sony. After having the TV now for over a week I love it ! Excellent picture and easy to control and I like the picture over the LG
