TV looks great. Haven't had any problems other than the fact that I lost the remote. The Sony Remote App is deplorable. Haven't really taken advantage of the 4K resolution, but can't wait for football season. I paired the Bose Cinemate II so I can't speak to the volume controls.

Okay, so bigger is better but given the 65" that this device is, I can't imagine how the picture quality could get much better. I am completely satisfied with the image quality. Why spend more unless you have money to burn? Just add a good sound system and you'll have a superb system.

I read a lot of reviews before I purchased this product, my determine factor was Sony quality that I have had in the past. Great long lasting products.

the tv and sound is vary nice, great picture, tried a 70" samsung and lg, samsung slow refresh during football game, and lg was like looking thru a fog, should have known from display model. The sony is money well spent.

This TV has a beautiful and crystal clear picture. It has good audio and a nice remote. I like how it has a Netflix button in the remote. I would buy the same TV again if needed!

Excellent tv, adaptable to different amounts of light in the room, whether it be daytime or evening, great picture and minimal glare from sunlight. Impressive sound, as well. Would highly recommend. Looking forward for more 4k content to become available to see that on the tv.

Bought because avid sports viewer. While was better than Samsung 7 series for sports, the colors were worse and made other viewing poor. Factor in limited apps, clunky remote and think design I returned for Samsung 8 series and much happier with it.

Bought this unit to replace my 73' outdated TV. Was hesitant to go down in size, being as this TV is for my living room, but once hung and turned on, all doubts were removed. Excellent help and recommendation from the Best Buy staff, colors and picture is the DEFINITE win here.

Love the TV. It was very easy to set-up and the picture is awesome. I especially like the Sony because of all the ports they provide to connect all of my stuff. My last Samsung and LG TVs were very limited in that regard unless you got the high end models.

i was looking for a better and bigger tv, and this tv, more than fulfills this need.

I've had a lot of TV's in my lifetime but for sure this one takes the cake !!! Do yourself a favor. When you are at Best Buy, pick up a sound bar and sit back and enjoy television the way it was meant to be.

The picture gives real life detail. It has specific settings for what kind of program you are watching that enhance its experience even more. It's a big screen with a thin profile. The sound is good and I am enjoying it even more as I learn all the options it comes with.

Being a smart TV takes some time to get all the stuff to get set up but after that its amazing, if you have Netflix and can get 4K movies and shows it will show every little mark on a persons face, its amazing!

While I do recommend this tv especially at this price point, the online manual is nonexistent. You have to figure out everything yourself. The colors are quite dynamic. I was torn between a Samsung and this one. Happy with my purchase. Excellent 4K dynamic resolution.

I love the functionality of this TV. It runs an Android OS and the interface is really easy to use. I put the Kodi app on there and it runs fantastically. I put a couple of game emulators and game catalogs on this TV that I use with Bluetooth game pads. Amazing!

Amazed how the tv can control surround sound. Didn’t know there was such a thing
