I was looking for a tv that had good side viewing. All my research came up with a tv with an IPS panel over a va panel. So, that left me researching LG and Sony TVs. I went to varies site, such as RTING and Cnet. I also looked at Best buy reviews to get an idea on a TVs. Based on what i needed, i chose to look at the Sony's. So, I chose to look at the 750d & 850d model. What scared me away from the 850d was the consist review of light bleeding. Also, on some forums there were pictures of the panel with certain issues. So, I went to best buy to look at both models, there is very little difference in picture, color. and brightness. So i started leaning towards the 750d and i am glad i did. Based on viewing the 850d and the 750d at best buy. I felt there was not much of a drop off in picture quality for the price difference of the two. In all honesty, i thought the 750d looked better than the 850d. The 850d looked little too saturated in color, where the the 750d looked more natural and vivant. There was some reviews that stated the 750d is not good in the dark settings and that is further from the truth. This tv looks great at any viewing condition. Pro: picture quality side viewing 4k android tv Watching football looks good i have not seen any light bleeding but have seen very tiny dark corners, but very hard to notice. Not a deal breaker Cons: I wish it got a tiny bit brighter, but not a deal breaker. I believe that this tv is going to be a good seller for sony. Especially the price difference from the 750d to the 850d with really no picture quality loss. This is sony's hidden gem

This tv is perfect in size and light weight. The base doesn’t take up much space and there’s hardly any edges. The picture is great and i really enjoy sports (basketball and football) there is no lag with the processor.

I love Sony products as they appear to never malfunction or break. I've not had this TV very long but it's excellent so far. It was easy to setup, automatically conducted a "Bravia Sync" with my BR player, and the picture is amazingly clear. It seems like I'm watching a play from the first row. It's something I will have to get used to. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend.

I went in at the end of the Black Friday deals looking for a 60" 4K Smart TV for around $700-800. The salesmen at Best Buy took the time to show/explain to me what HDR was, and informed me this TV was the best deal they had going for Black Friday in his opinion. I'm very happy I spent a little more to get this bad boy. Great TV, picture, amazing features, Sony TVs work so much better with home theater setups, and glad I went 65". If it wasn't almost double the price I'd get the 70".

I read a ton of reviews about this Sony 65 inch tv on multiple websites. Was nervous about some of the negative things I heard such as low contrast ratios, low brightness levels, and poor color range. These negative aspects couldn't be father from the truth. This tv looks unbelievable. Just go on the youtube app and search 4K HDR. It looks so incredibly detailed, with lifelike color and clarity. I've had no issues with the tv being too dark whether it be in low light situations or daylight. The blacks look extremely dark and I can't imagine why it's gotten these knocks against it. Actually I can imagine why...these professional reviews are done by people who see every tv on the market, from $3000 plus tvs to sub $500 Tvs. They are nitpicky and they have to be. It's their job. But for the average humanbeing who can't afford over $1000 for a tv, this tv is remarkable. I've seen my buddies OLED tv and seriously don't notice a difference. This tv looks just as real and vibrant as any super expensive tv on the market. Buy it. You will love it. I leave my house and miss my tv. It's that amazing. If you are super hardcore and need the best of the best then go ahead and waste your money on features that are practically invisible to the naked eye. This tv rocks. Period. 4k HDR 65 inches.120 hertz. It was the LAST one in the store and ended up being the last one Within 250 miles of me! It was fate! It was meant to be! Wish I was watching it right now!!!!!! Go get it if you can

Best 65" 120hz UHD TV in this price range

Shopped for a 4k smart TV for months and finally came across this great Sony unit. There were not many 65" models in this price range that were 120hz so that helped to narrow it down. Ultimately though, it was the great picture and reviews that made me choose this model and I am happy with my choice. The picture is great, the sound is pretty good. I am running through my 5.1 AV though. 5.1 pass through only works when using optical connection, but it does work well and sounds great. Yes, the Android software is still a little problematic, but nothing that a quick power off/on does not fix. As others owners have stated, the best way to update the TV software is to download on a PC then to USB. I did update it, and it did make things a little smoother. Still not perfect though. IMO, price to value, this is the best deal out there right now.

Great TV but read this first please...

First I would say sorry for my English, I'm a fan of Sony, a week ago I decided to buy a model x810c 65-inch and decided to return to buy a x750d because according to Sony the last update supports HDR, the first thing I appreciated was that the screen is slightly bent at the top center, which can be seen only when viewed from the side, it is insignificant because it does not affect the quality and nobody notice it, but for me it is important to be a great acquisition, but this is not my main appreciation, when I updated the tv I noticed that the content HDR in Netflix does not look good, the picture becomes opaque and poor in brightness and contrast, I contacted the customer service and they said that the TV supports HDR and they sent me a link that explain how to enjoy it, the first thing is that the only HDMI ports those support HDR are 2 and 3, and the format Enhanced HDMI function must be enabled, anyway netflix content remains the same. According to the price I recommend the product but I have some things against. The motion performance is not the best.

This is a great TV. It took me months of shopping before deciding on this television. I believe that this is far and away the best value in this price range. The picture is perfect. The 120 refresh keeps action clear and steady. The smart applications are simple and easy to set up. If you can find one of these now, buy it before the model changes.

I am very satisfied with the quality of this TV. It is great. My only beef is the audio. Most TV's today have rear facing speakers, which is easily overcome with a purchase of a soundbar. I researched soundbars based upon bluetooth connectivity, figuring that I could connect the TV to the soundbar without running any additional speaker wires. BUT... SONY DOES NOT SUPPORT BLUETOOTH AUDIO ON THEIR TELEVISIONS!!! Their bluetooth only supports other accessories, not a soundbar. This was not listed anywhere on the information. Not super upsetting, as I ended up purchasing a 2.5mm bluetooth transmitter which ended up working, but something i shouldn't have to do on this level on tv.

I wall mounted this tv in my great room. Setup is fairly simple and easy, took less than 5 mins. As this is an android tv, you would have to add one your gmail account to install new apps from Google play, you can multi task, open youtube and quickly jump on to other apps like netflix etc, when you switch back to youtube it resumes playback from where you left. Other important details one would be interested is: 1.The 65X and above versions of this tv are 120Hz refresh rates and all below are a 60Hz. 2.Lots of memory to install many apps. 3.Play games with remote and joystick(for more control) one dont feel any lag in frame rate. 4.You can cast any of your devices iOS/Android to your tv and mirror android devices on your tv 5. 4K picture quality is brilliant compared to other 4K models out there, I previously owned LG and Samsung 4K Tvs, But the Sonys are by far the best. Only thing I wish it could have had is 3D.

Love it!! Big beautiful screen. Easy to set up. Its a smart tv so super easy to switch between regular tv and Netflix. I like that its a Sony (it was either a Sony or a Samsung). Great value for the money (I wanted the least expensive top brand). Also there were 2 price drops after i bought and Best Buy gave me a refund on the difference.

We bought this TV as it was heavily discounted for Black Friday Sale 2017. We had a 4-year old LED Samsung TV that was not working well and we were looking to upgrade to a new 4K bigger TV. The picture quality is definitely sharp. Blu Ray upscaling on 4K resolution is also good, but not spectacular. Picture quality overall is good and a great improvement from our older Samsung LED tv, but not the wow factor we were looking for looking at some of the OLED and Samsung Curve TVs. It's all about the price point - you pay for what you get. We look forward to watching many shows/movies in 4K resolution on this TV for many years to come.

I started looking for a newer TV and wanted to stay on the low end, price wise. Then I found out I was getting a little extra money from a car accident I was in and decided, why not. I am very happy with my TV. I did also buy a Soundbar so I can't speak too much to the sound in the TV itself. The picture is nice. Color is true. The action scenes are smooth. I can see fine lines on actors I never knew had done lines. What more do we need...

First purchased an LG 4k, couldn't get colors to pop after 2 days of adjustments. Returned and got this one. WOW! What a picture! And the colors are so vibrant, didn't have to go past the preset setting choices to get exactly what I wanted. HIGH DYNAMIC RANGE IS EVERYTHING! Another quality Sony product.

I cannot say enough about this stellar TV. The 4K detail is amazing, 120Hz native refresh makes the picture smooth and silky. Android TV smart features are what you would expect, with tons of 4K streaming options. This TV is easily the nicest one I've ever had the privilege of owning.

I recently upgraded from my 47" Samsung led to this bad boy and it has been well worth it. Obviously the picture is amazing, even if you're not streaming content that is in true 4k, it still upscales it, making the colors more vibrant and picture more realistic. This is especially noticeable while gaming on my PS4 and watching live sports. I have mine mounted on the wall. There were no issues hanging it, just make sure you have a good quality mount to handle the weight (apprx. 65 lbs). It has 4 hdmi inputs and an optical input and usb as well. The smart features/apps are cool too, though I haven't explored them too much. Another cool thing is, if you already have a Playstation with the DuelShock4 controller, you can connect the controller to the tv and play games or control the tv with it. If I had to find a negative, it would probably be the remote. The keys don't light up and the buttons are quite close together so it's easy to press the wrong one occasionally, but whatever. Very pleased overall!
