Nice TV. Great price and features. Easy to set up. Love the smart features

I researched this purchase extensively, and came to the conclusion that this TV was the best one for me in terms of the user interface, inputs & outputs and matte screen. The one thing that keeps this from being a 5 star item is the contrast ratio, which determines how deep blacks appear and how much detail can be seen in dark scenes. It is definitely subpar, and I went back and forth during the return period about whether to return it. In the end, I don't watch very many dark movies, and I do watch a lot of sports and documentaries and it was very good for that, and the user interface is as good as I have seen. So I'm pretty satisfied with the TV overall. I want to make clear, however, that I was far from satisfied with BB's delivery of the TV. They missed their first 4 hour delivery window by 2 hours and were still an hour out (supposedly) when I cancelled that day's appointment due to family obligations and had to reschedule for the next available which was 5 days later. Over the phone they offered to send a $25 BB gift card for my trouble. They were almost late on the next appointment (I had to wait 3+ hours) and showed up with a defective TV (the front bezel had snapped out of it's attachment clips at the bottom above the Sony logo). They shrugged their shoulders and asked if I wanted them to take it back and schedule yet another delivery. I already had 10 hours of waiting and 8 phone calls trying to get the TV delivered, so I said no, I'd try the TV first to make sure I wanted a replacement. As it turned out, I was able to snap the bezel onto the clips and kept the first one to save the hassle of an exchange. However, it's now 3 weeks later and no gift card. I called BB to find out about that, and 15 minutes into the conversation with the CSR who was able to find the entry that I had been offered the card, but was unable to do anything about the fact that I hadn't received it, I gave up. For all the hassle they put me through, $25 was pathetic, but you'd think I was asking them to part with the Crown jewels. No wonder BB is in trouble. I used to be an Elite Rewards member. Not any more, and never again. Bye bye, Best Buy.

I am continuously being surprised by my new smart tv, we use our smart phones as remotes and do not have to worry about losing the tv remote!

Excellent Sony product, all features needed for current and future needs. Best Buy had the best price and was able to deliver even on a Sunday morning in time for football. Motion refresh rate is excellent and colors are true to life as opposed to some tv's where the colors are too vibrant. Sony is always the top of the line in tv's and this set everyone would be happy with.

I was stuck between wanting to get the best available and not wanting to break the bank. I was in between a few models on the showfloor and the sales consultant there suggested this model. She said it would be the best for the price and steered me away from a couple of other cheaper models that had gone bad on the showfloor before at kind of high rate.

I am very thrilled with the colors and quality of this 65" Sony TV. It is also very thin and light (2 people can easily carry it). This is my first "thin" TV so it was a massive upgrade from the tube. All the internet features are built right in (Netflix, etc) which is a perk. Very happy with it :)

We were in the market for a new tv and caught this one on sale for $1000. I would recommend it even at full price. The resolution is incredible, there are four hdmi ports which is nice, and the size for the money was a great deal. This is our first smart tv and we absolutely love it and there is a definite noticeable difference between the 4K uhd and our old 1080p.

Overall I am still satisfied with my purchase 1 month latter. I bought Sony this time because I was disappointed in my Samsung tv speakers. This tv has much better speakers and you do not have to have a soundbar with this model. I would say Samsung has a slightly better picture than Sony but the picture on mine is amazing when watching nature shows. I feel like I am there with everything and when they are on top of mountains I feel like I am looking down and could fall it is so good. I would recommend this tv to a friend. No matter which tv you buy though, I would not buy based on the display since they have special videos for each brand and you aint going to get that picture on any movies you watch at home.

Replaced a LG 1st gen 4K my daughter broke. Great picture! 4K content on Netflix is incredible. Told my daughter she did me a favor.

I liked the cost and the new features of this TV it is a different make that what I have been buying, but is does have a better picture that the one it replaced because of the added of the 4K and other features and it is certainly easier to get to Netflix. My wall mount was all ready in place and with the help of my son-in-law the installation was very easy.

I bought a second smart TV. At Best Buy I mentioned the second TV wouldn't be used as much and they pointed me to a lower cost TV that was just as good but had fewer colors (but still a lot). I bought it and am very happy with it. My only disappointment was I asked if it came with DirectTV Now app and was told yes, but it didn't have it. It has Chrome Cast built in. So I would have to 'cast' from my phone to the TV to get many programs. I wasn't happy with this so I ended up purchasing another streaming TV device.

Did a lot of reviews on tv’s and I kept going back to the Sony. Nice Tv for the price I did buy it on the Black Friday sale price.

I did a lot of research on the new 4K tvs. I've always had Sony as there quality seems to always last. When I turned this tv on for the first time in my home, my mind was blown. Incredible picture and clarity. Colors are incredible and no motion blur. Very happy with this purchase.

I was looking for an 4K TV with the best value. I haven't bought a TV in 6-7years so I had to do some research on what's on the market these days. A Best Buy blue shirt helped me out with questions and recommendations. I feel like this is one of if not the best 65" TV in the 1K price range on the market today. It looks and works fabulous. Only things that I could pick on is that it doesn't have the NHL TV app on it and its got Direct TV input in it. I would never subscribe to Direct TV.

Bought this TV after much research and many store visits. The TV has the HDR feature and a refresh rate of 240, which makes sports much more enjoyable. I came in ready to purchase another model and after seeing this one agreed to spend a little more on it. Perfect for 1080p gaming and I cannot wait to acquire an XBox One S to try out some higher definition gaming. All in all this TV has been an excellent purchase as it has enhanced my BluRay experience as well as my gaming and sports.

Gorgeous picture from any viewing angle and in any lighting. Colors are crisp and vibrant. Extremely easy to set up and connect to the wifi. Only complaint is that it frequently seems to lose the Internet connection, requiring me to provide wifi password and wait for the unit to reconnect. This may be a fault with the unit or my wifi router - not sure.

When purchasing this tv, I was torn between this one and a Samsung. They were both the same price and size, but the Samsung didn't have the High Dynamic Range. Everyone told me Samsung was better. I finally started looking at both together from a distance, and liked the Sony picture much better To this day I couldn't be happier, no issues at all!

I recently purchased this TV. The quality of the picture is amazing. 4K looks almost 3D. Color is great. Geek Squad set everything up and showed me how to work all of the special options thus TV has. I will never buy a TV from anywhere else. Best Buy is amazing, sales people are knowledgeable and can't beat the Geek Squad for installation.

The picture on this tv is breath-taking, not too saturated like Samsung but very comfortable for the eyes. The remote has a tv button, which could be very convenient. However, there's only one button for Netflix and nothing for Amazon or Hulu. The real minus point for this tv is the firmware. It uses Android tv, it drops the wifi sometimes and have a hard time connecting back. It also takes a long time to connect to wifi, and also can't remember the passwd!
