Got a 43" of this model, luckly I didn't get one with too much dirty screen effect However this is lacking advanced features: details enhancer and excessive brightness protection that my w802a set has warm2 colour temp being unavailable is annoying to deal with when putting it on clearness 4, as it causes purple effect What I find most annoying is in game, graphics mode has smoothness disabled, and advanced contrast causes green versaturation and sharpness penalty After whole bunch of tweaks made to custom mode, it only showed minor improvements when compare to a 1440p monitor, and I've know what 4k monitors sharpness looks like, this isn't the super display I was hoping for like my w802a was.

Broke after 3 years. Best Buy made it hell even with Total Tech and 5 year warranty- Took over a month and I had to buy a new TV and they took the remainder of my 5 year warranty-

Purchased in January 2019 for $1000. Every 2 or 3 days I have to unplug it, wait 90 seconds, and plug it back in, in order to power it on. I have a $400 Haier that I have had for 4 years no problem. Sony support can care less. They run you through the obvious tasks to remedy (update the software, plug it into an outlet instead of a surge protector!), won't exchange it or extend the warranty.
