The TV is awesome with clear picture. I would have given it 5stars if the remote worked better. The remote seems to go to sleep and doesn’t react quickly.

The assistance that I received from your personal at the store was exceptional. They spent a great deal of time going over the various TVs. Without their help it would’ve been a very difficult task in order to get the best TV for our use. We love the TV and the sound bar that your personal recommend it.

The HDR aspect of the OLED is pretty astonishing. The level of detail the tv is able to achieve due to it is whats even more impressive then just the TRUE black with no "glow" from other local leds. The other aspect which is a huge plus is the lack of need of a sound bar. The built in speaker system which plays through the screen is amazing for everyday use. If you wanted true surround sound, yes get a full system, but this tv has ridiculously amazing sound quality that I just did not really believe I was going to get even though it is advertised as having good quality, none of the new tvs are impressive.....besides this.

This TV has truly blown me away. The picture is brilliant, even from the cable box. Blacks are truly Black. This is my 3rd Sony in the last 22 years, and is the Best.

This TV is AMAZING!! Expensive but worth every penny. Color and clarity is second to none. Blacks are perfect. Add in the Sound bar and you have Theater Quality Viewing.

I debated between the Samsung QLED, LG OLED and the Sony, finally deciding on the Sony in spite of the higher price. The picture is excellent and everything was fairly simple to set up. It took just a little while to get used to the slight tilt but now we really don't notice it. Also the front edge sitting flat is a little different but the set is very steady. This will matter to those who have the set on a table or exposed, not so much if it is enclosed. I made no changes from the factory settings and am very satisfied; to me the picture is more realistic than the brighter QLED. very happy with this set!

TV is so cool, calibration unimpressed with. TV actually looked worse after calibration. I had to tweak it. Once I tweak, amazing. OLED is total way to go. Remote is gltichy w/the tv. Tv always doesn't turn on when using universal remote.

The picture quality is sensational, people almost look like they are three dimensional. The brilliance is sufficient for our family room which has some natural light.

The problem is your picture can be only as good as your delivery system. Cable is good but limited. Would love to see 4K! Probably would get five stars then. Remote is non lighted and is marginal for such an expensive TV

Sony - 65" Class - OLED - A1E Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR is a fantastic HDTV. The only thing better are newer models. I also own a Sony - 65" Class - A8F Series - 4K UHD TV - Smart - OLED - with HDR. It has a slight edge. The open secret is the superior Sony firmware and software. It is amazing, even startling. Every now and then it performs. The other brands make use a lot of marketing hype, but Sony is way ahead of them all and has been for about 4 years.

LG panel combined with Sony's motion handling makes this a great TV. Great blacks, plenty bright for HDR. A premium price over the LG, but worth it. Sound is surprisingly pretty decent.

This is the best picture of any tv iv watched. It’s destroys the Q9 Samsung and LG C7 series. The kickstand is sweet too. Very easy to set up

Once again Sony has outdone themselves. The picture is amazingly clear and crisp. The blacks are black. Watching the Masters in 4k blew me away.WOW!!!!

Returned a Samsung MU6300 75 inch 4k for poor performance, and now very happy with the Sony and performance. TV is so real and scope of adjustments is endless- so everyone can find the best setting. Best Buy was exceptional in helping to resolve (upgrade) the TVs - thank you.

The Sony Oled tv is a great tv with a pretty good speaker system. It's so good that we are going to pass on a sound bar or surroud sound system for right now. The geek squad that did the installation was outstanding. It's pretty expensive though.

There are plenty of posts loving this product. Not much for me to add. Even watching non-4k makes my HD sets look like non HD pictures. So far, I'm good with sports too. I'm debating paying someone to calibrate the set..I'd do it if I knew for sure the picture would be better... not just "on spec." BTW, I went with Sony vs LG due to reading that sports and non-4k pics would be better. I'll never truly know, but no complaints.

We are enjoying this TV. The color is great, the color black is indeed deep and dark. When the screen goes black there is no light coming from it. I can't give it 5 stars because it's over priced. I think this is a 1999.99 TV not a $2499 TV.

Excellent sound so no need for a sound bar. Crisp picture that makes you feel like you are there in person. Easy to use the features.

This tv is the ultimate experience. Put a Blue ray movie in and wow. Can't wait to try a Hi def 4k movie. This TV is spendy but worth every penny. There are other companies out there but not as refined as this Sony OLED.

Outstanding picture quality just missing a regular stand to sit it up on unlike traditional hdtvs that have stands.
