This TV has the best picture quality I've ever seen. The black levels are unbelievable and contrast makes the picture look like 3D. I would highly recommend this TV. It handles sports and movies at a very high frame rate so there's no blur.

We purchased the SONY 65" OLED after looking at the LGs and Samsungs as well. I chose the SONY because of the accompanying add-ons like the free installation and discount on their sound bars. We are VERY pleased with the TV have - have it wall mounted in our bedroom. Looks much better in our home than it did in the showroom. 5.1 Sound bar is fantastic as well.

We love the new Bravia 4K 65” T V. The picture is very sharp and clear. The sound projects directly from the front of the television and the sound is a vast improvement over earlier Sony Bravia televisions. The appearance is clean and very well done. I would recommend the new Sony Bravia 4K television to anyone looking for a great picture and sound.

I purchased this TV because I wanted something that could make the games on my PS4 pro look great, it did just that. Unfortunately, I wanted a TV that would have longevity and seeing as how HDMI 2.1 was just announced i took this one back. I will most likely purchase a sony television in 2018 or 2019 but that doesn't mean i do not miss this tv.

Very nice balance of sharp, bright colors and blacks to complete a beautiful picture. I love the sound coming from the screen. Seems natural and strong. The table stand is not ideal but I plan to use on a wall mount.

Best display quality and sound available compared to other technology. Pleased with Best Buy's salespersons knowledge and assistance in providing information about OLED units. The Geek Squad also arrived on schedule performing a great job installing and explaining all the features on my Sony. Thanks to all at Best Buy!

This tv is awesome. The black levels are phenomenal. Colors are great. I loved this tv so much I bought a 55 inch as well. The tv stand is great as well. Some reviewers say they don’t like the tv is on a slight angle when u use the stand, but you won’t even notice it after a few hours of watching tv. Great tv !!!!

Fantastic picture esp when calibrated. The sound is actually quite good but will eventually hook it up to my surround sound. Upgraded from a Pionee Kuros Elite plasma and could not be more pleased. Maybe not the best value but a great TV - see worry a look especially now that the price has come down.

I am truly impressed with the picture quality of this TV. I waited for Sony's OLED and this has exceeded all of my expectations. I have watched 4k movies as well as streaming in 1080 and I am blown away by how sharp this picture is. The design is all picture and has a simple beauty to it. I thought the sound was going to be a gimmick at first, but it is actually perfect for my setup. I followed the advice of the associate and added a subwoofer which was more than enough to fill my room with sound and provide an impressive experience.

The only thing I would Change on this tv is the stand. If you use the stand, the tv does not stay up straight. The stand is like a kickstand and the top of the tv leans slightly back.

I considered OLED but needed a bigger screen and was concerned about motion blur on the programs I watch the most. Not a problem with the Sony 940D and the brightness stood out.

Absolutely beautiful TV. Best I've ever owned, hands down. The native sound is strong, but I still went with a soundbar to aid the base and provide a little bit more of a cinematic experience. It's too great of a TV to not give it better sound. I have it sitting on an entertainment console it its great looking even when off! The only downside is the lack of 4K content available. You really get to see it firing on all cylinders when you stream Netflix or some of the UHD content on Amazon Prime. HBO Go looks great too, but don't expect anything close to 4K content with Comcast and sports can be painful to watch compared to a 1080 set. To make the best of it, I got a 4K box from Comcast and I also use Roku 4K to stream everything else. Sling through Roku 4K will be more than sufficient for cable cutters - and honestly, I think Roku 4K with the comcast app has a better picture than the comcast 4k box - but the features are far more limited on the comcast app. Nonetheless, highly recommend the TV but just don't expect crystal clear sports or other life content. Comcast isn't even close to getting 4K as a base feed - they're still broadcasting at 720 - which has taken well over a decade to get to that capability.

I was between this tv and the LG E7 Oled. I went with this one Xmas I couldn’t be happier though I prefer the remote and internet features on the LG the picture quality and processor are much better on the Sony.

A1E has a perfect picture. The best that I have seen. The black is truly black without the clouding and grainy picture that my X930C always had in really dark scenes. The color is amazing. Except for the X930C. The sound is better than any tv I have heard. That is without speakers! Sony hit it out of the park. I'm getting mine calibrated in a couple weeks. Can't wait to see it look even better. Also the upscaling of U-VERSE signal is awesome. Many shows look like they are blu-ray quality. My only complaint is that I wish it was brighter but I don't even notice after watching for a little while.

Let me start by saying I am certainly not a TV expert. However, I have been reading about the technology and reviews for months. I finally settled on this Sony OLED and couldn't be happier. The picture is just amazing. I also watch a lot of sports and this TV is the best.

Ive owned LG oled and now the Sony A1E. The processor in the Sony A1E is far superior. The picture is great on the tv. The smart tv features are meh could be better for a tv of this caliber. The remote is too basic for this very expensive tv. Another bonus is the upconversion and 4K.

The only thing about this TV that really matters to me is the picture quality, and that is simply awesome! Yes, you are paying a premium price for the Sony name but, as far as I am concerned it is worth it. The smart TV features are, however, disappointing with poorly organized menus and lack of configurability - don't expect to be able to get rid of your Roku or Apple TV. One other minor irritation, the Sony remote control is awful with very low profile keys that have very poor tactile feell and, unforgivably on a high end TV costing as much as this one does, it still uses an infra-red link and the remote has to be pointed directly at the middle of the bottom edge of the screen for it to work. You will want to replace it with something better.
