SONY dropped the ball on this TV

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Knowing the reputation of Sony and my experienced in the past with Sony products, I decided to purchase this TV. The TV design and tv ports are good. The picture quality is on a low level, I tried to adjust it with the recommended calibration and I still don't see the quality on it, Netflix videos is where I see a difference but still some shows and movie quality don't seem right. Then there's the tv sound, speakers sounds are low even when I put the volume high, at times I need to use my sound bar to get the volume level a bit higher. And finally the icing on the cake, I been dealing with a VERY annoying message that appears frequently while watching Netflix, Youtube stating "Wi-fi not connected" when indeed my internet connection is good, no other devices are connected to the internet and not to forget the TV is located right next to the router. Sadly to say but I'm not satisfied with this TV, now it's too late to return or exchange it for a different model or brand, I wished BestBuy would give a bit more time on their Return/Exchange policy. I'm disappointed with this TV.

We regret to hear that you're having issues with this TV. Please ensure your TV has the latest firmware installed by going to Help > System Software Update > Software Update. You can adjust the picture settings such as Brightness, Color, and Hue. Press the HOME button, then select [Settings] — [BRAVIA Settings] — [Picture adjustments] — the desired option.
