The purchase was really difficult. I had to place the order twice as both times it got cancelled for reasons unknown to the salesperson and manager. Could not reach a live person to discuss with sales so had to make 2 additional trips to store. Ultimately the sale has to be transacted with gift certificates. Was on the verge of canceling but ended up working out. Overall, not a great experience!
