The TV was great. I bought an open box for my partner and I too enjoy. We just broke up and he paid PayPal for the TV so I could leave it with him. We enjoyed the color and speed refresh rate. And he broke it last night and best believe I am not giving him the money back for it!!

Television was easy to set up. Great picture. Decent sound. Picture is bright and clear viewing from all angles. The number of HDMI ports and optical hook up is perfect for my needs. The price was reasonable for a Sony. I looked at other brands at comparable price range but felt this television was the best choice.

I used to use Samsung at first , but when I was ready to buy a new one at BestBuy, they convinced me to get a Sony because it had better quality and sound, and overall just better. So I got the Sony and got a 2 year warranty on it, but I hadn’t even used it for about the first 8 months because I was travelling. So I basically only used it for a year and a few months. But then it glitched, the TV screen is black, has a red blinking light at the bottom, and won’t work. So I’ve overall had a bad experience with it.

I like my TV it has a great picture when I'm looking at a movie the dark parts aren't so dark that I cant see the action I do have one issues when I'm goin from surround sound I lose the volume I have turn the TV off and back on.

This TV didn't last as long as I had hoped. Glad I bought the Geek Squad protection plan. It developed gray lines and the processor got really slow. It's getting replaced after only 2 1/2 years. Hopefully the new one will last longer.

Fine picture , Sounds okay but I added a sound bar which made it really good ( be careful as my old soundbar didn't fit as it was too tall. Soundbar has to be under 3 inches tall , about 2 1/2 ) . Pretty easy to set up as I am no computer wizard. One question I can't get the TV remote to control my cable box as I don't have the WATCHING TV-CABLE BOX SETUP anywhere I can find on my SETTINGS menu , is this just me being dumb or isn't it there ? No big deal but was wondering ? If you want to spend a little over $700 dollars for a great TV I believe I made a good choice as I know there are a lot of nice TV's out there . very happy with my choice.

We are satisfied with this TV. Funny thing is...I had walked in intending to purchase a 55" of a different brand. This must be why I try to stay out of stores! :) For the price point, this has everything we need. Size is actually great for our space because our couches are quite far from the TV. Has all the connectivity we needed. We use Disney+, Prime, YouTube and have all our game consoles, DVD and cd player connected to it mostly all going through our Tuner. So easy to cast to it from our Android phones. We have not had any issues at all in the 1.5 months of ownership. We honestly use it most for playing music through YouTube (love the screen off feature) or watching a movie occasionally. Too much LIFE to live to sit in front of tv alot.

This is a great inexpensive TV. Set up was VERY easy and the picture clarity is great! The 65 inch is great size for our 13ft width by 20ft length living room. Could have gone with the 75inch too ;-)

Yes platform is very easy to use and maneuver with no need for a manual. Setup was easy, just need two people. Color and sound are both good but that’s expected from a Sony.

I absolutely love watching my SONY TV!!! Its color brilliance and its sound quality allow me to listen to videos/concerts without ever needing a stereo or radio ever.

Great picture quality, excellent sound from speakers. The reason I give it 4 stars is that I initially had some issues with the apps on the Android TV. Some of the apps would freeze up, or the sound would continue but the picture would freeze. After an update and several days of regular viewing I have no longer had that issue. It's been about a month since I had that problem. Every so often the main Home will load slowly. However, overall I'm really happy with the TV.

I purchased this TV to replace my parents' 8 year old Samsung LCD TV. The Sony provides a great picture - high resolution, nice contrast and detail. In side by side comparisons, it seemed to have better color than some of the competing TVs. The Google Operating System is easy to use and alleviates the need to purchase a streaming device like Apple TV or Roku. Since it is a Google system, it works well with voice command and integrates with existing Google home products.

This TV is fantastic!! The picture quality is outstanding (for the 60hz basic TV). I had a different brand of 65" 4k TV that I exchanged this TV for, and am MUCH happier! I like the Android interface, setup was easy (the menus can be a bit tricky), but image and sound are wonderful. Streaming movies (from both the built-in apps and a 4k Fire Stick) look really good. Gaming with the original Xbox One looks really nice as well (I can only imagine what a newer Xbox or Play Station would look like). Highly recommended if looking for a more value-line TV.

Picture quality and color is very nice after making adjustments to settings. Some issues with motion blur and choppiness, turning off the enhancing settings seems to fix this. Coming from an LG TV, this Sony seems to lack cool features and settings, it’s more like a basic TV. Added the base model Sony sound bar and sub, it has little to no bass and lacks an adjustment to increase. Overall, the TV is lightweight for its size and the physical appearance is nice.

A nice TV at a great price point. I am not an A/V enthusiast who needs the latest and greatest. This TV is just what I was looking for. Picture is great! Sound is good overall without a sound bar. I still have my first Sony Bravia in my basement for the kid’s video games. This TV replaced a Samsung that lasted about 5 years before something blew out. I hated that TV almost from day one, from the buttonless remote to the “smart” processor that would always freeze up. I’m very happy with my Sony!

Paid $599 for this TV.Unbeatable value.Was able to set up by myself.Legs are pretty close together allowing use on fairly small stand.Picture good right out of box;with a little tweaking picture was excellent .Brightness and black level very good.Color and video processing very natural.Sound is decent .Smart platform is easy to use.My only disappointment so far is that I can not get the Turner Classic Movie app to load.It may not be available for this TV.Very minor issue.

Up until now, I've been a buyer of only Samsung TVs. But over the years I've been finding that many tv shows & movies are filmed in low light scenarios. Sure the Samsungs have a beautiful piture. But they really suffer in those low lit areas. Where as the this Sony crushes it! Shows like Avengers and the Starwars Mandalorian are totally viewable now! The picture inside & out are amazing! Note, if your watching 4k through the Hdmi ports, make sure to change your hdmi ports to 4k. SONY defaults it to standard. Also, what's AMAZING is the Sony chip, it upconverts old 720p movies to a solid bluray level!!! This blew my mind!!

Good tv, remebers where you were last on start up. Easy of use Good color 4k resolution, Game latency is low but noticable, cannot see it being a main screen for competitive or fast playing games, more solo games Cons: Been having to unplug or restart tv when the tv seems sluggish at times, or internet starts to slow down when though its hooked through ethernet. It was time for a new TV. I'm a fan of Sony products and have had good luck with them over the years. These flat screens will never last as long as old tube TVs from the 70s and 80s of course. This Sony produces superior picture and sound with a lot of customizable settings for both. The sales rep at Best Buy tried to get me go a step more expensive because i told her I watch a lot of sports and she said the next step up would be better for sports. Yeah don't buy that tale. This is just fantastic for sports. Great color, smooth action. No problem at all with sports. There are various apps built in but I have a Firestick and a ROKU so I really don't use them. One thing was important. Out TV stand is only a couple years old and we did not want to have to buy a new one. Thus it was very important that this TV fit on our existing stand. You have to do your homework and find out the distance between the legs and the length of your stand to make sure it will fit. Today it seems a lot of flatscreens have the the feet out to close to the edges of the TV. There was a 70" we liked but would not fit on our stand. This Sony has the legs drawn more inside, roughly 12" from each edge. So, even though the screen itself is wider than our stand, it fits great because of the feet placement. VEry satisfied

Installation: Extremely easy, although due to size I'd recommend at least 2 people. Legs seem flimsy at first but they're stable, no issues yet. Setup: Smart functions are easy to use, even for the non-tech savvy. Picture Quality: The best I've seen for under $1000, by far. Sound Quality: Not the best, but then with newer tv's that is to be expected. Highly recommend purchasing a soundbar/sub combo to finish any at home theater.
