    I think the picture is great. I HATE the android TV interface!! And the Same as release movies on HBO Max DO NOT work on this TV!!

This is definitely not the experience we wanted you to have on our products. Was the software or firmware updated(v60214)? Firmware update version v60214 is now available to improve the performance and stability of the overall UI (user interface) operation. Please make sure your TV is connected to the internet and the Automatic Software Update setting is set to ON to keep the software updated to the most current version.

      The automatic update is released on a staggered schedule so it may take a week or so before it is sent to your TV. If you don’t want to wait for the automatic update, you can download the update from the downloads page for your TV model and manually install it.

    Great pic - slow display

    While the display on the TV is awesome... I feel it is slow to respond sometimes. Also, we get better speed using a Roku player on an older TV than this one. Size is nice.

    I am not sure about this model yet. I have a replacement TV, HDMI cord and extension coming out tomorrow. I hope to eliminate my problem with TV flickering on and off.

    Good picture and right size

    The stands are not stable and make the TV wobble. Had reported and chatted with someone from the Tech section who promised to get it fixed but i have not heard from there since.

    Loses connection to wifi every few hours.

    Probably the worst tv I've EVER bought. I have to reset it once every three days because it gets super slow and it stops connecting to my wifi. You're watching streaming tv and all of a sudden it loses connection, even though the internet connection is up. You turn it on and it doesn't connect. You have to select the "Try again" to connect option 10 to 20 times until it does. I'm extremely disappointed given I'm still paying for it. The more expensive the tv, the more it is subject to problems. I bought a 50' 4k Hisense tv on Amazon for my room at the same time and it has never given me any problems. Not recommend Sony Bravia ever. Way to expensive for the nuisance.

    I was looking at a 65" Samsung and let the sales guy talk me into this instead because the colors and blacks were supposed to be much better. I've had it a month and hate it. Setup was excruciatingly difficult and the colors are no better than my 55" Samsung. The blacks are actually a little worse. At least it was on sale.

    Purchased 2 years ago, wished i hadn't. Bugs with it losing channels for Ota broadcasts. Restarting on its own, forever web menu load times and difficult to find menu items the list goes on. I may try a sony again, but not an entry or mid level tv. These problems existed since out of the box but no help from sony. May have to LG it C2?

    tv lasted 2 years. now it doesnt turn on. apparently this is a sony problem their firmware updates burn out the processors. before this tv I had an off brand that i still use its been over 8 years sad a name like sony has poor quality

    I don’t expect a TV would only last for two and half months, the TV is completely dead , no support from Best Buy since we didn’t purchase their geek’s warranty , The return period is only 2 weeks so here you go . Costco is ! I was surprised NO support from Sony either , if you planing to buy a Sony TV , I suggested to go to their website to locate a good working phone number , chat option or even email Is out as well . Very disappointed!!! We now have a TV sitting in the family room and calling Sony every morning hoping they will be back in business one day .

    Withing the first year I was having some problems with HDMI and that should have been the red flag. Now i have no sound coming from any HDMI input. Sony quality? do not think so. Used to be solid but not anymore. not gonna purchase another Sony product at all.

Please restart the TV to isolate this issue. Restart the TV with the supplied remote control. Press and hold the POWER button until Power off appears on the screen. Press and hold the POWER button until a menu appears → select Restart.

      Follow the steps below if the HDMI® connection between your TV and other device is not working.

      1. Make sure both the TV and other device are turned on.
      2. While turned on, unplug the power cords for the TV and device from the electrical outlet.
      3. Disconnect the HDMI cables from the TV and other product.
      4. Wait 60 seconds.
      5. While the HDMI cables are disconnected, plug the power cords back into the electrical outlet.
      6. Turn on the TV.
      7. Re-connect the HDMI cables.
      8. Turn on the HDMI-connected product.

    Really not impressed with this TV. The processor on it is very slow. The Android software is out of date. Barely handles 4K YouTube videos. Looking into returning ours. Don’t make the same mistake that we did. Pay a few hundred dollars more.
