    Worst TV ever

    Avoid any Sony Bravia Smart TV like the plague. It has been a nightmare since I bought it. Everyday, multiple times a day it doesn't work. The picture freezes, it is constantly buffering, disconnecting from the internet and half the time the apps don't work either. It tells you you're not connected to the internet when clearly you are. You are constantly having to reboot the TV, your modem and your router. It is a short lived fix because you will have to do it again the next day, and the day after that. It cannot not be fixed nor will Best Buy take it back because it's your WIFI's fault not the TV. A simple Google Search will tell you all you need to know about what a bad TV this is. I regret that I didn't look on the internet about known issues with the TV because if I had I would have never bought it. I will never buy another Sony TV, nor will I ever buy a TV from Best Buy again.

    Worst TV ever. Don’t buy this if you can help it. It keeps locking up and then shutting down. I have to unplug it for 60 seconds just for it to reset so it’ll work. Now I have to get a new tv and this is only 2 years old.

    Didn’t do my research and at the time of purchase the description didn’t state Sony tv was an Android tv. Android sucks. TV is slow, color is dull. Apps are limited now I need to buy an extra Apple TV, fire stick or Roku stick to get the apps I want. Boo hoo.

    Had to return it. Definitely the lower end of Sony’s TVs. WiFi would turn off right before my eyes when I turned it on in the settings. Would turn off and not turn back on. One time it would not display any inputs. Be skeptical about this purchase

    This SONY is supposed to be the top of line highest rated 65” smart OLED TV, but the connection to the smart apps wouldn’t consistently work after repeated visits from the GEEK SQUAD. Finally they apparently did a software update and got to work. Boo SONY, hurray GEEk SQUAD.

    I can not get a clear picture. My picture switches from clear to blurry. I have followed the adjustments I found online indicating the Random noise reduction should be set on Low. No success! It’s quite disappointing to have a blurry new television.

We would like to know more about the situation that you faced with the TV apps issues and turn this into a better experience. Please make sure the apps are updated. If still unresolved, the app can also be removed and reinstalled as an additional step.



      Please also check the steps on the Troubleshooting Guide below and observe if the issue is fixed. Because each of these steps represents a possible solution to this issue, verify that the TV is no longer shutting off automatically after completing each step.



      1. Ensure that the power cord of the TV is connected directly to a wall outlet.

      2. Ensure that the Sleep Timer setting that is located in the Home or Setup menu of the TV is set to Off.

      3. Check the [Duration] setting of [Timer].

      4. Ensure that the Idle TV Standby setting, located in the Home or Setup menu of the TV, is set to Off.

      5. The screen may have been turned off due to [Screen saver] settings.

      6. Check if [Auto shut-off] in [Power] is activated.

    I purchased this Tv 10/2020. The picture "freezes" and no sound when left "on" for long periods. I had to unplug from wall to reboot. No the tv will not turn on. It has a red flashing light under the "Sony" name on the front. Tried resetting multiple times as I read online. Finally it did reset; we watched for a week and now trying to reset with no luck. The Tv is two years old and will not power on.

    Constantly loses wifi signal when no other device has this issue, other tv's included. Always is stalling due to high powered usb device it says.. that would b my roku stick and tv antenna.. have to use my roku stick to watch any smart tv, because the smart tv cant stay connected to wifi.. junk tv. Always resetting.. just bought it last month and store would not take returned anymore.. thanks best buy!! Seems every tv i have bought from you guys is junk.

      We regret to hear that you’re having network connection issues with your KD65X750H TV. We’d like to help by isolating and troubleshooting the issue. Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:



      Make sure that the Software is updated.

      Check the TV Network Status

      Make sure the router is not too close and not to far from the TV.

      Check other devices connected to the same Network. If other devices are downloading large-sized files, such as videos, the network speed may slow down. Cancel or wait until this activity completes and try again.

      Restart your TV and reset your router

      Check if there are interference from other wireless devices.

      Check the frequency band setting of your router( for dual band routers)
