    Sony used to be the primo brand, those days are long gone. Since its not their top end tv pretty much you get what you pay for. The voice ACTIVATED remote is handy, not back lit. One would expect Bluetooth for headphones, not just a keyboard. One has to fiddle with the picture settings especially with shows not shot in 4k. Bought as an open box, definitely wouldn't pay the present asking price of over $700. The large size is great for a living room, but would definitely comparison shop other brands.

    Great TV, till it stopped working.

    Died after 3.5 years. Backlight went out. First Sony TV I had die. 40" non-smart Bravia still kicking in basement from 2008 and another 40" Smart Bravia from 2013 still kicking in living room. Guess "they just don't make'em like they used to." Already purchased another higher end Sony 65" and got an extended warranty this time. Hopefully I dont get burned.

    This Sony tv is awesome!! We have owned several Sony tvs during the past 50 years. The picture and sound quality can't be beat. Sony has always stood behind their tvs.

    It’s an ok TV. Picture is ok sound is ok. Ive seen cheaper better looking TVs. What bothers me after some time it gets slow like a pc. It also freezes and won’t come on occasionally, just enough to irritate me. I expected more from Sony

    We’ve had this TV for 3 years now. It’s a great product, good viewing experience. However, the internet drops sometimes. I have an xbox connected to the TV and use it as media hub instead. At the same distance from wifi router, the xbox maintains a much better connection and provides better streaming experience.
