Any Sony TV and its picture quality is dependent on the source material and settings on the TV. Sony TVs are made to maximize the signal to the best quality available.     Has serious issues staying connected to wifi & tech support says it will only get worse & i need to trade for another tv. I love the quality of the picture & don't like i have to trade for something else

    Slowest TV OS ever. It gets frozen at least once a day and is a PITA to wait for it to restart. ust get a cheap one and a Fire TV and y'all have a better experience

Kindly perform power reset on your TV by simply pressing the power button on the remote for atleast seven seconds until it will restart, or by unplugging the TV for around two minutes.     Had it for a month now and no complaints. A definite improvement from last years model although I do kinda miss the volume and on off buttons from the back side of the tv but the remote works great for that just the same.

    I have spoken to your tech dept on 5 different oc

    Your tect dept tells me it was installed incorrectly.The voice and pic aren’t synced together and I have spoken with your tech dept to no avail and have an appointment for you to fix I purchased it on 9/15 and you were going to deliver on 9-30 and called and changed to 10-3 and I haven’t been able to watch the TV properly since purchasing it on 9-15. This hasn’t made me a very happy camper. You aren’t coming to fix it until 10-13 ,so after buying the TV I haven’t been able to enjoy it for a month. Not to good for a great company like Best Buy. I also am a member of your Geek Squad for good service. Thanks for listening Robert Hicks

    It’s an older unit now but I’m satisfied w performance. You need a very wide ent center for it. And ground yourself before peeling the protective film. You might short the unit otherwise

    It’s decent for the price and makes a good bedroom tv. Took a star off cause the tv was new in box but missing a bracket when I tried putting the feet on. Had to load it back up and exchange it

    Sony 65” TV stopped working after 18 months. Black screen only when powered on. Troubleshooting failed to fix, countless hours spent with trying to reset. Out of warranty. Do not recommend.

    The OS home menu is nice…This TV doesn’t allow for DIRECTV stream app. It gets stuck on the same episode when using streaming apps, so if I use HBO, it will open up the same Curb episode and I have to exit back to home. The WiFi connection seems weaker than my last TV and there is some slight, visible blur during sports because the tv is so big and it’s 60hz

As it turns out, the DIRECTV app is currently not available for download on Google Play Store nor compatible with the TV. There is good news, however! As an alternative, if your phone or tablet supports Chromecast, you can simply use this feature from the DIRECTV app to cast the content to this TV.

    Very disappointing product from Sony. The Sony KD65X75K TV failed only 4 months after it's one year warranty was up. Sony technical support said I should call a local TV repair business since there are no Sony repair facilities in Michigan...

    Want to love this TV….but.. every time I turn the TV on there is a black vertical down the screen. And…it repeatedly disconnects from the internet. I have used suggested fixes for both, but the problem remains. And, when I just turned the TV on, once again there is no WiFi signal even though the WiFi is in use on my laptop and phone. Very frustrating!!!
