    Nice picture but didn't like the Operating System. The interface was difficult to use. I'm spoiled though since I've always used a Roku for more than 10 years on different devices. There were many apps that are NOT available with this TV and much of those I subscribe to. Not being able to install the apps I use I returned about 7 hours later and got a Samsung TV

While we're glad that you loved the picture, we are sad that it had to be returned due to limited availability of apps. As it turns out, you can only download and install apps that compatible with your TV, and they may differ from apps for mobile devices and other platforms. You may check this link with information and list of latest apps that are available for Android TV devices: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/televisions-projectors/articles/00147386. We recommend setting up the TV with your Google account so that you get the biggest library of apps that Google TV will provide which will be over 7,000 apps.

    Very unhappy with this Google TV it lag's constantly, Sometimes to the point of shutting it down. Worst decision I've ever made buying a Sony Google TV

    Had this TV a little over a month and unfortunately an out-of-sync sound and video is difficult to get past. Almost every time you change the channel or fast forward or reverse from a DVR recording, it goes out of sync. Have to go into the apps menu and click on “TV” in order to bring it back into sync. I did a “reset” as well as double checked the DVR connection. The reset didn’t correct the problem, and the problem does not happen with my other TVs hooked up to the same DVR. I’d love to know if this is a common problem with this model or if this is unique. Without that knowledge, it’s too time consuming to try another of the same model to see if another TV would be free from this glitch. Disappointing, as everything else is satisfactory. Will have to return it.

      If your DVR is using HDMI, we recommend using a different HDMI cable to isolate the issue. Also, update the software of your TV. A firmware update improves the functionality and features of your device. It can provide fixes to any performance issues that may occur.

    Good TV but Google Smart TV hangs

    Happy with the screen and resolution. However the Google Smart TV hangs requires hard reboot by unplugging and replugging the TV. Hopefully they will release a patch to fix this issue soon.

    Great TV if it stops randomly rebooting

    I wanted to love this TV but it’s constantly rebooting and it’s gets really annoying. I’ve tried resetting it and tried all the other suggestions I read online but it’s still happening.

      Thank you for the feedback on your experience with your KD65X75K LED 4K TV. It's unfortunate that you're not having the best experience with the TV. Allow us to help you resolve this problems.

      Make sure that the Power Saving and Auto Shut off are both OFF and make sure that the power cable is plugged directly to a wall outlet. If that issue still persist, we recommend forcing a factory reset on the TV.

      1) Turn the TV off
      2) Unplug TV to power.
      3) Press and Hold the Power and Volume Minus(-) button simultaneously while plugging the TV back to Power.
      4)Release the button until the green light appears on the TV.

      As a general recommendation and to get the most out of your KD65X75K, we advise updating its firmware to the latest version. The software includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements. It also provides fixes to any performance issues that you are encountering.     Lags way too much

    I've never seen a tv lag this much. I stream everything, I don't do cable. And for some reason this tv just can't. It spends more time loading and lagging than playing. I should've believed the other reviews that said this. It's not my internet. I don't have this issue on the other 2 tvs in my house. I bought a fire stick for this tv and it works flawlessly. It's the tv that's the problem. Google honey, TV's are not your ministry.
