Would probably be nice if it worked

After setting up the TV it worked for 2 hours and then shut off. It would not turn on and still doesn’t. I contacted Sony warranty and they have not been very fast or helpful. So far we have been without a TV for 4 days and from what I have read on the internet it will be 2-3 weeks for Sony to replace/fix this unit. I’m seriously considering calling Best Buy and seeing if they will replace this TV!

No Features, NO Sound control

For the picture and sound, this TV actually has a Display & Sound settings that you can configure according to your preferences. You may refer to the steps below for more details:
• Press the (Quick Settings) button on the remote control, then select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — the desired option.

Note:
The picture and sound quality usually depend on the signal and content. You may experience a lower quality picture than specified for your TV for several reasons. To experience the highest quality picture on your TV, the video source should be the same quality (HD, 4K, etc.) as specified for your TV. As for the sound, you have to consider that the sound quality of the television is dependent on the source that you're playing. Quality depends on the original video provided by the video content provider and your connection bandwidth. If you want more powerful sound, we recommend using a soundbar or home theater system. Sony Bravia tv

Red light blinking 6 times then stops and repeats. Tried all factory resets and etc that Sony support said to try! The backlight isn’t working and I didn’t register or save my receipt so the five year limited warranty is useless. I’ve owned many Sony products over the years(40 yrs buying there products) and I’ve only had two products with problems. A digital camera that was sent to the factory for repair and still didn’t work properly, and this tv. This tv had a great picture and worked great for four years, but I purchased Sony tv because of the the previous Sony tv is still going in my garage(24 years old) one of the first flat screens I purchased. Not sure if I’ll risk spending hard earned money on a Sony if it’s going to go out after four years!

High def picture and overall amazing

This TV rules, and older movies also look really cool with the motion flow and added colors/pixels. It's always surreal to watch a movie from the 60s or 70s on one of these newer TVs....Anyway, PS5 games also looks really good if you use the "game" video setting because it decreases the input lag and looks very smooth, especially if your game is running at 60fps. Finally, the delivery guys were very nice and straight to the point, they brought the tv up to my apartment and set it right in front of my tv stand. I would highly recommend ordering this TV from best buy!
