I have had this TV for 2 years now and the picture is still great! If you turn it off while still playing something in any one of the APPs, when you try to turn it back on it freaks out and you have to wait a couple of minutes for it to load back to the main menu screen. I would say that's the only negative i have experienced. I have this same TV in 55" size and the smaller TV does not have that same issue (Yes I check for updates frequently on the 65" TV).

The picture is absolutely beautiful! I even like the slim line remote. It came with Google TV which I was not sure I would like, but it has everything! The is my first Sony, I had always purchased Samsung, I am a Sony person forever! Best Buy was so helpful in helping me make my choice with a good price too!

I’ve used this TV for almost 2 years now. I switched in mid 2022 after having a Samsung 1080p tv for almost 7 years. The picture quality was noticeably better. The colors have better contrast and even the speakers are great. All this is to be expected when getting your first 4k tv. The biggest problem with the tv is the Android TV OS (or Google TV). After a month or so after setting it up, the OS became very slow. Now in 2024, it’s unbearable. On a regular basis, opening apps takes a long time if they don’t crash at first, turning the TV on takes a while to load the home screen, and navigating the home screen is very laggy. I have excellent internet connection, the OS is up to date, and the cache is regularly cleared. It’s an OS or chip issue. I wish I knew before hand that the price you pay for a TV is not just for the physical quality of it, but also for how fast they are. Which wasn’t the case 5 or 10 years ago, these are new changes in the industry. Even while I’m completing this review, it gives me the option to rate the tv in 3 categories; Picture Quality, Sound Quality, and Brightness. There’s no option to rate it for speed or OS quality, so even Best Buy is still adapting to the new changes lol.

Thisis first time I have Sony and this TV is showing to be a great acquisiton. Image quality is very good, the fact that it comes with Google TV helps a lot. Lots of free channels to enjoy.

Sony - 65" Class X75K 4K HDR LED Google TV is an excellent choice. The picture is crystal clear and the controls easy to use. Only issue so far is the Home button doesn't take you back to what I would consider the home screen.

Great tv love it wouldn’t give it up for anything awesome product

This is a good Tv obviously you can’t go wrong with Sony but not sure what’s going on with the remote because it drains batteries super fast. A good pair of batteries will last you 4 weeks. It could be because the remote has light sensors and every time you touch it the buttons light up. With the new models I think they have fixed the issue and are not giving back lit remotes anymore. I have a newer model now and the battery hasn’t died yet. Fingers crossed!

This TV was on sale so for me it was a good deal. We needed to replace a TCL hat we had about 4 years that started having issues with the picture. Decided to go with a major brand hoping it will lsst longer. Very happy with the unit. Picture is great and it already had the apps we normally use. Setup was easy and the system menus were easy to figure out with a manual. The only issue is that sound gets out of sync when using a soundbar and sometimes has short audio drops. I'm not sure yet if it is the soundbar or TV and will be checking it soon. Hopefully it is the soundbar as I would not mind getting a better one than we have now. But still very happy with this TV.

Nothing like starting off the new year with a fried TV, thanks Vizio, you made it 6 years. I have a Sharp that is going on its 15th year without a problem, so thought that would be the route. Unfortunately, they aren't back in the market yet. Everyone seems to swear by Sony, so with the deal BB had going, I thought why not!? Picture is much nicer than the Vizio 4K it replaced, very vivid color. Sound seems to be rear facing which doesn't help, but it will suffice. So far a month into ownership and I am still happy with it. If it gets past 6 years, it will be a good purchase decision...if it surpasses the Sharp 15+ years, this will be a great purchase!!!

Greatest value purchase all year. Love the picture, size, and pixelation. Easy to use. One fault. Constantly having to go through TV menu to get to actual cable/satellite service.

This Sony TV is the absolute best I have ever bought, no question. It performs very well in dimly lit and brightly lit rooms. The picture is phenomenal.

When it came time for me to replace my TV, I had already done searches for the best options. I had an idea of how much the type of TV I wanted cost, with all the options I desired. I went shopping one day and compared all the TVs available by price, size, picture quality, and reputation. I am super satisfied with my purchase because when I turned it on at home, it looked as good as it did in the store. It's a great product!

Sony has the best color of all the brands. 65” is perfect for seeing any small print at the bottom of the screen. Easy to set up. Love it!

the picture is phenomenal! smart tv with apps galore, ease of use and tutorial was in depth. Works with my Alexa. Sony quality shines in this TV
