No it’s not top end but it’s still $200 more than all others same size same class. The picture is not that amazing even in 4K The sound is absolutely horrific and I don’t expect theater sound just decent sound that doesn’t annoy me. This forces even the non picky person to have to buy a soundbar. So factor that into your overall cost. Due to the bowed back it’s not as thin as it could be so you won’t get that flush look. I paid the extra money because my last Sony is still going strong 14 years later so I’m hoping this one will last too. But I’m betting I buy a better one wayyyyy before that out of pure annoyance. The sound problem isn’t just how loud, it’s also the depth, you hear all of the music over the words and I’ve tried all the settings Wondering if I should return and get the cheaper Samsung just to save money

Best by not honoring total member support

I am disapointed my TV has issues but Best Buys refusal to send the geek squad to my home to fix my TV uis distrubing given the plan documentation and the porice we paid. Multiple Chat sessions, phone calls and inpoerson visits to Best Buy resultreed in nothing but beaurocratic red tape and I was told I would have to contact Sony. What happened to the statemntsa in the brochure, The geek Squad and Best will handle it all? It wasnt until I got nasty on the phone, needlesly raising my stress level did Best Buy personal start to help. I wilkl cetrtainly not buy any more products from Best Buy anbd will add Sont next to LG as a never again product. Sony aligns themselves with Best Buy they get to feel the heat. In case anyone doubts what I am seeing I included a screen shot of the claim the Geek Squad will help. Shame on you Best Buy.
